Terrible service. Only one person to apply for a card. More than 3 hours waiting with only one person in front of me. And then they put someone in line who arrived after me.

Been coming here like 2 years. Recently there are no tellers at all. All you can do here is check deposits. If you want to cash a check, deposit cash etc. they direct you to another branch. Why open then?? Mismanaged.

What bad managed branch. Time for them its seams to be not important. 4 ladies staff walking like if there is no customers to help. If they were paid by customer attended it maybe a different story. Avoid this location

do not come here the employees are sketchy. during a transaction the bank teller misplaced $2,000 of my sisters and the manager refused to access to security footage to see where it went and claimed you have to call corporate and customer support to play it back. zero out of ten.

1-2 tellers at window at all times, during peak hours they even have 1 teller at window! make sure you're ready to wait min. 45 minutes when you arrive here for a simple transaction

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now due to it being the only bank near my work. Sadly every time I come to this branch I have never been attended unit after waiting for at least 1 hour! Doesn't matter if there are only 7 people in line or 25. There is only 1 teller with 5 bankers sitting around talking about there daily lives.. horrible customer service. Highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. And I will be taking my business down the road to wellsfargo from now on.

Friendly business services, attentive and detail-oriented tellers, and personal attention from the branch manager. Compared to my previous bank (WELLS Fargo), the parking situation was a big improvement. The wait for a teller at lunch time on a weekday was not bad- under 10 minutes. The location in Medley is very convenient, easily accessible from Doral, the Springs, and Hialeah. The seating area where I waited for a few minutes to talk with the manager was clean and comfortable. While I was waiting two associates approached to see if I needed help. All-in-all, a pleasant banking experience; no complaints at all. My only wish is that this branch were opened on Saturdays. Without that, I'll have to bank at another branch if needed on weekends.
