I have worked with Arctic on multiple occasions and they are extremely helpful. I would recommend Arctic to anyone who is looking for a superior product in the commercial refrigeration industry. Freddy, Jarrod, Cesar and the whole service team do a wondeful job and on top of that, they are a pleasure to work with. The service team is punctual and willing to go above and beyond to do what is right for the customer.

I encountered an issue with my store's walk-in cooler. The temperature switch went out a month or so out of warranty. The tech support Jarrod was more than helpful with resolving my problem. He went out of his way to "make things right" while showing empathy and compassion to my situation. I'd definitely recommend using this company and their products knowing they have this type of support backing them. Thanks again guys!

Arctic is one of the best walk in manufacturers in the industry. We have installed thousands of their walk ins and have never had any issues with the workmanship. We have installed lots of other brands of walk ins but Arctic has their panels and doors engineered like no other. Great customer service. Anna, Jarrod, Freddy and the whole Arctic team is always on top of it. Thanks for everything! Highly Recommend Arctic to anyone who wants a quality walk in cooler or freezer.

I had ordered parts for an Arctic Walk In freezer door. I ordered the wrong size gasket. I contacted them and talked to Caesar and he took care of the return and sending a new gasket promptly. Unfortunately, there was a problem again, but when I called them back, Jarrod Griffin in tech and sale support took my call and very quickly took care of it for me. This is an old box, but still in great shape. Now a days with all of the problems of getting parts and equipment, they were great to work with.I will contact them the next time I need to purchase a new walk-in.

I am a first time installer of my Arctic walk-in fridge for my commercial kitchen restaurant. I actually enjoyed the process mostly because the support team (Jared) was easily available to me. He further simplified the installation along with the easy to understand installation manual.

UPDATE*** Manufacturer resolved the issue and fully paid the customer for warranty. Thank you Freddy R. at Arctic for resolving this issue. Freddy was very prompt and had a check for the full amount issued to the client within a week of taking charge of this matter. Very much appreciate it. The client was ecstatic.

We have been waiting for several weeks for a part for our walk-in freezer, and the authorized distributor has been getting promises from Arctic, but Arctic still hasn't sent the part. We have to manually defrost our walk-in freezer with a blow drier every other day or risk losing thousands of dollars of food. ARCTIC, SEND THE PART!!!!
