Your customer service is outsourced to other countries. Can never get a US based agent. You shut down access to our local branch. Your name is AmeriGas as in American Gas not IndiaGas or Philipine Gas or Asian Gas. . You show up unannounced to deliver gas that was never ordered. You charge whatever you feel like charging. I really do not like doing business with you. If I had other options I would drop you like a hot potato.

I would assume they are in financial trouble.They marked my tank with a red tag without providing any explanation.After at least a few weeks of calling, we finally learned we needed to move our pool pump or gas tank - both done with permits and to code. (Neither service does Amerigas provide) - we also had zero clue how far to move it. Almost $4k later, the problem is solved and we are ready to fill the tank.Clearly they do not care for their overcharged business (about $1 more per gallon than competitors) because we’ve been waiting about 4 weeks to get it filled. As of writing this, we are critically low. According to their notes, our (broken) gate is locked and they cannot enter. I tried again, and removed the STRING holding it closed and the actual breeze opens the gate. I cannot let the dog out bc as I said - it swings open with a light breeze.Guess what?!? Our gate seems to be magically locked!!Do yourself a favor and call around for other companies.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We have been customers of theirs for 5 years and have noticed a huge drop in dependability. In DEC they red tagged my tank for an unknown reason and it took a month for me to finally get someone on the phone to find out what was wrong. Finally, after addressing the issue, I had a member of your team perform a leak test and ensure that the red tag issue had been cleared. I made it clear to him that I needed my tank filled because we were at 23% and I have two small children and i'm a first responder and usually away from home. A month later we find out that he never placed the order. So we placed an order and delivery was supposed to be today. I received an alert now saying that they couldn't deliver because my gate was locked. My gate doesn't even have a lock, it has a $3 dollar rubber band holding it from swinging open. I know that the driver didn't even show up because he would have seen the rubber band and I have a ring camera which detects movement and I didn't receive an alert. Absolutely terrible to treat your customers this way

There is no fixed schedule for recharging the cylinders, and a couple of times we have almost run out of gas due to the lack of consistency in maintaining the same recharge days.
