Our family has lived in McAlpin for over 30 years..Although our Post Office is small, folks from surrounding towns have come here over the years, because they get the mail processed so quickly! We've found that the postal employees are honest and helpful!

This is a small town post office that provides everything you need. They provide P.O. boxes, as well as other larger mail boxes when you have larger items. They provide you with a key in your P.O. box. So convenient. During operational hours, the staff is always friendly and more than willing to help with all your postal needs. The post office area is small but is able to take care of your needs. This is a nice quiet town. That has just what you need. This is a very nice post office to meet all your postal needs.

From the desk to the delivery they are all awesome and caring people. The small town family like feeling they know how important our packages are to some of us especially the disabled n elderly.

Post Office has irregular hours and rural mail service is very bad. Have had letters returned to sender " not deliverable as addressed" when the address is exactly the same as my bank mail. Today is Wednesday and have had mail delivered or picked up since previous Saturday.
