Heard a lot about this place. Went to it for the first time a week ago. I was extremely disappointed. The steaks were extremely tough and like shoe leather. Quality was poor. And I'm guessing there was no aging whatsoever. Tried a bunch of the various pork products. Sausage was ok. Pork chops were fairly tough too. prices weren't great and I didn't find any quality here. My search for a quality butcher continues.
