“I like to start off to say I have never did a review on a worker or a person that has ever went above and beyond like this! I have did reviews but they were never good reviews like this!! Nor have I met anyone that has handled me like this before. I have to commend a worker there at Live Oak Big Lots. EVA this lady has went above and beyond to help me. I have never encountered a lady or employee that has ever been so nice, welcoming and absolutely trying her best to make sure I am satisfied in absolutely every way possible. My transaction was also very completed I was buying a bedroom set. With the mattress end tables and dressers the whole nine yards! Few pieces added onto Big Lots credit few other pieces was paid for in cash. And then the other pieces was added for lease agreement thru Progressive which is the payments for the merchandise and pay $1.00 down. All of which I did not know about and all of which Eva informed me of every option I could take. She had multiple transactions to do. Eva Had to help me set up my accounts informed me of the Big Lots store credit and the option with Progressive. I had lots of questions and she answered each one with a huge welcoming smile. If you need help or have any questions looking to buy furniture this is the lady you need to see. I recommend to actually set up a time just to see Eva. She truly cares about her job and cares about what she does and try’s her very best as if it was her in this process. I have never in my life met an employee as welcoming and helpful as Eva. Not one time did she act irritated or like I was a bother because like I mentioned my order was very complicated she had to process multiple transactions and get me set up with 3 different accounts add some to this order that order. And even the computer keep freezing. I commended her gratitude and calming manner! Eva also gave me all the options I could consider being I had a buget on the cash I wanted to spend that day. Few pieces added to my Big lots credit account other pieces added to a Progressive lease agreement and the other pieces I paid cash for. And then she had to order some pieces. And this was right after the hurricane which I’m sure she had some things or issues at home. Being our town got destroyed. Eva really is the best employee I have ever encountered in my life. She needs to be head of her department or job! Eva represents what it means as to be a good and helpful employee without being rude or acting like a customer is a bother. Oh and she even reminded about my 20% off email I should had received to save extra money. Eva is the lady to see!!! Thankyou Eva for being the welcoming caring individual you are and Thankyou for helping a family to your absolute fullest!! Your the best Eva!!!!!”

“Very friendly store manager he was very helpful and showed actual concern for wanting to improve the store I have seen a change for the better stuff is actually getting put away on shelves and in correct places he also wears proper clothing it's just sad he started there in suchba mess and has a very immature staff and the laziness shows I think they are confused and seen to think standing around talking or smoking is actually working but atleast they are easy to find if you have a question but I seen Daniel from one end of store to other doing there work wish I had boss like that”
