My daughter gets her prescripts here, sometimes we have to wait because the prescriptions haven't come through yet or the doctor's office hasn't sent a proper authorization for a dosage change.

We only get my daughter's prescriptions done here. They are always helpful when I have questions. Usually no wait unless for us unless we are waiting to check out. If I think there might be a problem I call up before going there. A couple of times they had to wait for us because it was some type of medicine and needed some extra signatures. They are professional and knowledgeable there. Most helpful.

Friendly but be prepared to wait for scripts. Only pharmacy in Mayo I know of so they stay very busy. Worth the wait.

I have made these folks my regular pharmacy. Price is competitive... Service is friendly & personal. They are nearby & ready to assist any time. Put on a cow bell & try getting this at Walmart. I am glad they are here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Eventuality they are always extremely busy someone will take the time to stop and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I call in my refill first thing in the morning and by the time I get dressed have my coffee and get over there (I live 6 minutes away from the store) my prescription is ready to go. I also love how they are selling other little things that are not really drug store related, such as candles and t-shirts, perfect last minute gifts for the holidays!!

There is always several people working and they never have a prescription even pulled till you get there. Twice now within 1 week this has happened and many times before. Left Gainesville and took almost 3 hours to get to Mayo, still not ready or even started till I got to the window. This time the doctor called a prescription in early this morning, it's 5pm, and they didn't pull and start working on a prescription till I got to the window. That is aweful service!
