I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company two different times, two different situations.First time was with a job interview as I had moved here over a decade ago to help my parents out. I have a college degree & lots of work experience in office work & working with the public. I was asked inappropriate questions like why I had moved here, was I married & for how long, what was my childcare plans as we had a toddler. Then it was like why was I applying due to my college degree & office experience. The lady who interviewed me was rude towards me. I had mentioned this sometime after to some local people. I found out that the woman was also part over and she is overall just rude & unprofessional.The 2nd time was when my parents were going to have pine straw delivered. They called up this company to get some quotes & see what they wanted. The woman they spoke to said she would give them a quote pretty much only if they were going to purchase. She pretty much implied if they weren't purchasing it then it was a waste of her time. They were like okay, we'll get it elsewhere.It was a lost sale and future loses as they went & purchased elsewhere.

I live in Indiana and go directly to Mayo,Fl to pickup my pinestraw from Florida Pine Straw Supply Co. I am very pleased with the rich copper color of the clean bales of straw. Absolutely the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in my life! Pine straw trailer was left in parking lot for over a month. They came today to get it and the driver had an awfully poor attitude. Resident of the complex had vehicle in the way and instead of knocking on a Door and simply asking for it to be moved he sat outside and laid on the horn waking up the entire complex. Then ripped down tree branches on his way out over parked cars and pretended nothing happened when he left....I then called the company to report this drivers poor and disrespectful attitude only to learn the woman answering phones has the same poor people skills as the driver. I was told "it's not our fault, the complex manager should have posted signs." Well the problem wasn't with no signs it was with the poor attitude of your driver. It's a small complex...everybody knows everybody it would have taken 2 minutes to knock on a door and ask who the vehicle belonged to. Never will I call this company for service and I'd recommend you don't either if you like considerate personnel and customer service because I assure you, you won't get that from this company.

They are the rudest company ever. A man came and moved his trailer from our complex and instead of waking someone up to move a car he just lays on the horn for an hour! He was rude! He broke tree limbs off and left them there! He didn't know how to drive his truck either. When we called the lady who answered said that it wasn't her problem. So we do NOT recommend this company.

If it were possible to leave less than 1 star I would. The level if ignorance and disrespect I received from these people was absolutely astonishing. They left their trailer in the complex parking lot for over month. Then when they did finally decide to move it their driver was horrible. Not only was he completely incompetent at driving his truck he was the single most rude person I've met in my life. He woke up the entire complex by laying on his horn instead of taking the 2 minutes it would have taken to simply knock on a door and ask the resident to move his truck. He then took down branches nearly hitting parked cars with said branches and then left like nothing happened. Then on top of all of this I called the company to put in a complaint for his piss poor behavior and the woman answering the phones apparently has the same piss poor attitude as the driver! Her only reply was "it's not our fault the manager of your complex should have posted no parking signs." I wasn't complaining about no parking signs I was calling because your driver can't knock on a door. I assure you if you want good customer service this is not the company you want.

They are the rudest company ever! Not only did the driver lay on his horn instead of trying to figure out whose truck was in the way! He woke everyone and their babies up early this morning. Not only is he rude the lady we called to complain to was rude. So yea we do not recommend this company. Not to mention he was laying on this horn at 7 am and therefore he was BREAKING NOISE ORDINANCE. 10 pm at night to 7 am in the morning.
