“I am giving it 4 stars because the vets and the staff are very kind and are the only ones that could handle my hellion cat.Saying that, please be aware that they only offer wellness visits, and minor illness’s. I’m very disappointed because I did not know that. My cat needs a tooth pulled, and I’ve been on the phone all day trying to find somewhere that’ll take him. They all want a slow process, and he needs it pulled now. I’m going to have to take him to ER.”
“Super busy today, parking lot was packed. Construction outside is tough and I was expecting the worse as soon as I walked into the store.
There was one associate helping load up someone's order upon walking into the store.
However, upon entering, I saw two cashiers open, each line may be had two or three people, and everyone else was still shopping or being helped by associates.
Entire store was clean and well organized. I had issues finding an item and an associate whose name was Emily I believe was able to assist me in finding bins for feed. She also informed me that there is a way to price match, which I was unaware of. Very helpful.
Overall, by the time I got to the register, I was next in line and the cashier was extremely friendly.
Although the current construction outside can be daunting, it was a great experience, and everything was super fast, even though they had a parking lot full of cars.”
