I bought a tool that I didn't realize was useless to me. I brought it back the next day, they charged me $50 "restocking fee" !!!! I guess I should have known, a pawn shop is in the business of taking advantage of any poor sucker that comes through the door.

I am updating my reply to address the lie and accusation that the owner has made: that I used the "R-12 vapor only recovery machine" .. I did NOT use it, the owner is accusing me of being dishonest. NOT TRUE. I told no lie to him or anyone else. I simply bought the wrong tool and got charged $50 "restocking" fee. I was offered the "full refund" if I bought something else, but he had nothing else of use to me. therefore, it cost $50 to learn the lesson their way!

Three people working just on their phones. Tried to get the guys attention he made eye contact and then went back to his phone watching YouTube. Looked like they have a good selection of stock but that’s probably because no one will come over to sell it

Just was checking in and saw some of the reviews… This is probably one of the best places to go to for jewelry/used watches. I purchased my first Rolex there and a second. Excellent customer service. They sat there and taught me a few things, making sure if I ever went elsewhere, what to look for etc. If you feel they were rude to you, you were probably wasting their time. Excellent people. Hope everyone is doing well.

Very bad customer service for my first time visiting there. I was looking for a jewelry and he was acting like I bothered him too much. I bought a jewelry to show him that I want to give him a business but he still treated me uncared.

I went there to buy ammunition for my 45 acp pistol. They had plenty in stock. I had called a gun store earlier and they were out. They told me to go to the Trading Post and don't bother to call first...just go. I was not disappointed. Now I know where to buy my ammo. Woohoo!!!
