If you’re wanting to get your food quick on lunch break, don’t use this Taco Bell because they’re drive-thru conveniently never works, much like the employees, considering it’s not as if they have to take orders at the counter when there are kiosks that do it for them, but there’s always someone at the drive-through window and cash register with a headset on. Pretty sure they’re just pure lazy. If it’s truly closed/inoperable then block it and put a sign up so people can’t drive through…

There were only two employees working when we went for dinner tonight but they were KILLING IT. Working in fast food can be hard enough as it is, being this understaffed makes it much easier to become overwhelmed and frustrated. Nonetheless, we were greeted, asked how we were, attended to kindly and as quickly as manageable, our food came out in a timely manner, the order was correct and it was fresh. I really hope these two are loudly appreciated, because good employees are hard to find right now, especially employees who go out of their way to keep a business that isn’t theirs running smoothly and efficiently like this.

Ordered a enchilada burrito combo. The burrito was ALL rice, no chicken, no sauce, nothing but rice. Disgusting. They gave me chip crumbs and no cheese, and even forgot an entire double stacked taco. Who are they hiring here?

Why CONSISTENTLY even have a drive through or even have it open and WITHOUT a sign that says “drive through closed” especially if you’re not going to allow any orders through drive through?! This occurs all the time and it’s so aggravating.

Lady on the drive through speaker said “we are only taking orders inside”…….what’s the point of talking to me on the speaker??? The speaker works fine. And you go inside and have to use ONE out of the two broken touchscreens to order and wait in line. What a waste of time! And to top it off, there is only two employees in the restaurant!

The worst taco bell in history. Drive thru closed at 7pm. But use the drive thru headset to tell you drive is closed & to come inside. But also worried about drive thru time. But once again drive thru closed. How you worried about time but it's closed! I'm a RGM & for sure I would have another crew by tomorrow night. If I encountered this type of service at my establishment.
