Pretty fun. My daughter and I love to go and jump. Sometimes it can get pretty hot, but we just take a break in the tornado machine for $2 it cools us off, and she loves it. Staff are pretty friendly. Manager is very helpful as well and he is always making us feel welcomed

Great indoor activity with the kids. Fairly clean, lack of employee interference, not too crowded. Overall nice place.

Had my daughter birthday party yesterday and out of all the young kids I've dealt with at surge Shayne was very respectful and helpful throughout the whole birthday experience.
