“I had to make time to post this review. I have chosen this Mary Esther cutoff UPS location to mail to take care of my shipping needs, which it's not often. I am ALWAYS provided with great customer service, no thought. My most recent wonderful experience was on Monday 12 August, at around 5:00 pm. There were 3 young ladies who immediately greeted me with smiles and welcoming words. I was so relieved after leaving the UPS partner location on Beal Parkway near Racetrack road. That lady was very condescending and rude. I chose to not give her the time of the day or my business, so I drove to Mary Esther cutoff UPS.
The ladies shared the hectic Monday had experienced. I told them I was amazed that all 3 of them still had such authentic high spirit and willingness to help customers.
I hardly leave reviews, but I had to let UPS customers know, this is the place to take your business to. Hope this helps UPS customers and the 3 ladies get recognize for going above and beyond.”

“I spoke to two different employees that were not able to give me a solution about a lost package. One of them did not even speak good English. Then I had to ask for their supervisor, so they transferred me to Mr. Walter. It was thanks to him that I was able to find a final solution. He is a great professional, extremely patient and truly helpful.”

“I came in on a Saturday to buy a large document envelope and mail off some paperwork. There were quite a few people coming in, but most were dropping off packages. I didn't have to wait long to get my envelope and get it mailed off. The hazardous material question isn't intuitive because the Yes button is green. With yes meaning that you are mailing a hazardous material, fragile material, liquids, etc. The computer folks should change that.”
