The place looks beautiful on the inside, however there aren’t many shops. When I first walked in, I was hoping to walk into music and welcoming voices with a variety of shops to wander into.I am originally from Nebraska and it is my first time here as I stopped by to visit JC Penny, however unknowingly, they had shut down. The little shops are not connected to the whole building itself, so you will have to walk inside.I love the way this mall looks, but add more shops please!!

Malls are dependent on big dept store chains. Dillards was the last in SR mall. There are still a couple of smaller stores and small businesses.

There really isn't much left in this mall. Good luck on finding anything if you're really looking. I usually go there for The Shoe Dept, Hibbetts and the clothing store near Claire's (opposite side).

I love an indoor mall for a good old fashioned shopping experience. A brisk walk, all the food is in one place and you can still along until you find the store you want.. Santa Rosa Mall has all the things you would want!

This mall was at its peak in the 1980's. We used to live in FWB. A rush of nostalgia and feeling melancholic ?

there isn’t much left here, but it’s kinda fun to walk around lol. every time i come another store has closed. they are slowly blocking off and demolishing sections to i believe eventually turn this whole space into luxury apartments, like we need more of those ? currently in january 2024 the food court section is permanently closed, so you must enter through the main entrance by planet fitness. remaining stores include FYE, a couple of jewelry stores, Crackers restaurant, a 3D printing place, Pokémon store, Shoe Dept., Hibbett, barbershop and a few other random locally owned clothing stores and things. it’s wild how few places are left, and like i said every time i come another one has bitten the dust. really the only remaining store that’s a well known national brand is Old Navy. besides stores, there is a kid’s play area along with some claw machines and other arcade games scattered about. if you’re bored it’s not a bad place to walk around and kill some time.

Actually, the shopping mall is good for toddler play, because its interior space is great. With the good location, the mall may add more business opportunities on the toddler play/ junior education (interest oriented class- dancing , painting) which will benefit the local community, also attract more potential customers here.
