“I had a great experience at this Cricket Wireless location. The lady who helped me, I believe her name was Charlotte, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when Boost Mobile wouldn't unlock my phone to switch carriers. They gave me a transfer code and everything and when I went to port my number to Cricket, Boost shut off my phone. That left me with no phone service for the holidays. Long story short, I had to start new service with a new phone at Cricket and Charlotte helped me thru it so professionally. She even tried her best to get Boost to cooperate with us. I got a great phone for a really good price. Its been a month now and I really enjoy my service much better than Boost Mobile.”
