How are these guys in business? This is a joke. They don’t like to answer a phone. If you do get them before they hang up on you, they sound like rude kids. I would steer clear ppl and go to a real T-Mobile.

Tonya at the Mary Esther, FL location gave me my service with MetroPCS back in September and tonight she heard my story about having struggles and she helped me to be placed on the VIP Plan… she’s great and I come to this store whenever I need questions answered and to pay my bill. Thanks Tonya keep it up!!!

I want to make complaints about an authorized Metropcs sales center in Fort Walton beach fl, they make illegal sales, force me to buy accessories that I do not want and do not request as part of my phone and did not want to give me my proof of purchase, only the tick of my credit card, I would like to contact a corporate representative to take action on the matter, I will take this case until they do not continue abusing the Latino community

I would give up Metro before I go to the store again! Poor customer service more concerned about being on their phone and not willing to help anyone. Worst store I've been into poor management

Went in to upgrade my wife's and my phone. We were looking to pickup an S9 or an S10, but they didn't have any in stock and was told it would be a 2-3 month wait for the S10... the only Samsung product they were willing to sell or had available was the S20. We were disappointed that this store, and the other 3 Sprint/T-Mobile stores we visited did not have any older Galaxy phones to purchase.
It was a complete waste of time, as I could have bought an S10 or S9 online and have in my hands in 3 days. We also wanted to merge my wife's account and mine, but were told to call a Sprint customer rep and just do it online.
It baffles me why these stores still exist, as they don't have product to purchase, or just refer you to talk to a customer rep on the phone, when I'm here in person at the store needing help.
What would you say you all you do here? Because it's not selling phones or helping customers.

I had Boost Mobile for over a year and had consistent issues with it. I decided to switch to Metro and went into the store off Mary Esther cut off at almost closing time. Thinking to myself that there was probably no way I was going to be able to get service that day. But Kasey told me what I needed to switch and helped me with my account number with the other service, what phone I liked/love,told me all the perc's and everything I needed to know about my phone,helped me set it up and help me know where everything was at on the phone. Her customer care service is amazing. She was so kind,sweet and respectful. I even saved her name on my new phone as Kasey At Metro. I live closer to the one on racetrack. But after yesterday my family and I will be going to only the one off Mary Esther cut off.

Went into the store been customers with metro for 10 years bought two new Moto g stylus phones both phones have too many issues to even name off when I called metro PCS corporate and the local branch this one they told me nothing can be done because it been over 30 days I think I was right at the 42-day marker so now I'm on the phone with the credit card provider getting a refund don't waste your time going into the store or any metro PCS store as they don't stand behind their phones service or anything else it takes to run a business I hope I've helped all of you not make the same mistake I did and put your trust in a company you've done business with for 10 years

What happened? My phone service has been terrible for the past couple weeks. Internet is so slow. Dropped calls. Can not even call out some mornings. Somebody needs to address this because this is not the norm...?
