Ok so if you order a large meal you get a medium drink I thought when I said hey I want this and it large it would be the fries and drink but I guess you got to say I want a large drink and large fries I am very disappointed and will not be back.

Walked into order and saw an employee accidently drop an order of fries on the floor, but then picked it up and put it in someone's bag!! Disgusting!!

Young kids that have little or no customer service. Re-train or re-hire. Food was cold. Fries were mealy.

Skip this McD!! Charged for wrong order, fixed it then handed us wrong order in drive thru. Entire process took 20min….for drive thru! I asked if they were all “in training” and they just stared at me. This place is riding the struggle bus.

Horrible. Not even worth one star. Went in at 2:10 pm on a Sunday. Ordered 2 drinks and a cheeseburger at kiosk. There was a group of about 8 people ordering at the same time on another kiosk.We were the only people in the store. My ticket printed at 2:13. We waited until 2:35, when a lady from the other group questioned an employee about their order. The employee apologized and said the she was the only person working when they arrived. At this point, I decided to ask for a refund. The lady passed by me about two minutes later and said she would be right with me. I just spoke up and said I needed a refund. At that point, she turned her head toward the back of the kitchen and yelled some person's name and said that they were needed up front to do a refund. I heard a voice from the back of the kitchen saying he would be there in just a minute. About 5 minutes later he walks up with the bags for the large customer order and then one bag for me. When he handed me my bag he told me have a good day and I said I would really rather have a refund, and he said why you got your food and I said but you didn't make my drinks. It was a McFlurry and a shake. He said it would only take a minute and I told him fine I will take it if it won't be another 10 minutes. He walked to the back to make the drinks, I reached in the bag and felt the cheeseburger to find that it was cold. When he brought the drinks to me I told him that the cheeseburger was cold and that was unacceptable. He apologized and said they would redo it. About 2 minutes later he came back and said I gave you a new one. This was for my granddaughter. When we got in the car I gave it to her and she opened it, took a bite from it and immediately burned her tongue on an extremely hot pickle. I was so angry I should have turned around right then and went back to confront them about microwaving the cheeseburger. Instead I just decided I would call the number at their store to complain. I will be doing that in the next day or so. I will never go to this McDonald's again. They are ridiculous.

The food is always cold and old here. Staff doesn’t take the time to put effort into their food and atmosphere!I brought my child to the play area today for a fun rainy day and it is DISGUSTING. So grimy and dirt everywhere. Please get this fixed. The one by the hospital is always clean and fresh food! Step it up.
