Paid and waited for vehicle in front of me to leave. Not sure if they stalled after getting past the ramp/sensor but the system wouldn't work for me. No phone number to call that I could find on the receipt. I want my $12 refunded or a code for a free wash to compensate. I prefer the touch less and almost exclusively use this one. Only if it out of order do I go to my backup wash near uptown station.

Had an issue with the left bay not starting, called the number on the box and they resolved it fast! Upgraded my wash and gave me a code to use in the right side bay within 10 minutes of the problem. Thanks for the great customer service!

The no touch wash used to do a pretty good job, but today something way wrong. The undercarriage wash didn't work, the water pressure didn't seem to be there, and the machine didn't get the back of my car at all. It just went to the back of the track as if the sensors were malfunctioning. There doesn't appear to be any number to call so zero accountability from the owner. Only giving two stars because when it is working it's fine, but I doubt I'll come back unless I get work it's fixed.

This is my favorite car wash in the area! No ther car washes seem to get my car as clean as the touchless wash here. And if there's an issue they answer the phone and give you a code to use in the near future.

The touchless did get anything off my running boards, side mirrors, or bumpers. Seemed to just push everything onto them.
The soft touch did well for my car.

Machine didn’t put out the tricolor wash like it was supposed to. Called the number and a woman gave me a code and got me another wash the next day. Good customer service. Would have been five stars if the machine worked. They also need to stock the air freshener things.
