I love Jazzie's! The owner Jenna was so beyond helpful and sweet during the whole getting approved process. Not to mention my bedroom set is beautiful. I'd recommend her and her staff any day for any of your furniture needs.

I really hate to leave this review because I absolutely love my furniture pieces.. BUT it was poorly assembled and my bed frame was not supported properly which cause it to break. I called weeks (more than a month at this point) ago, and have called many times to both locations since… I am STILL waiting for it to be repaired! I spoke to someone about a week and a half ago.. she told me my parts had finally came in and that I would be hearing something about when they’d be out to fix it. BUT no one has called, nor have I been able to get an answer at the Crestview location. I’m honestly disappointed that I had to spend my holiday on an air mattress, when there’s a bed that I’m paying well over $3000 for that’s been needed to be repaired for over a month. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon, once it’s repaired (if that ever happens) I won’t be purchasing from this establishment again. At this point I should’ve attempted it to fix it myself.In response to the comment below.. I sent an email on the 6th of November.. I’ve been waiting for a long time for this to be resolved and spoke with the owner to express my concerns/frustrations weeks before my replacement pieces FINALLY came in. So there’s no excuse, all I’ve wanted was for this issue to be resolved.

Bought bedroom set for $1070. Upon their receiving it from the manufacturer they said we have to pay hundreds more before he will bring it from the warehouse to the store for us to pick it up. We are a 70+ year old couple. They should be ashamed.

We bought a sectional thinking we could order a different end piece, which didn't end up being the case. Even though it was our fault, the owner worked with us to find a solution and made the whole process easy. The quality of the piece is great and all the sales people we worked with were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely shop here again!

First off, I would like to give a shout out to Kassie at the Crestview location. She was very professional and knowledgeable with assisting me on purchasing my living room and bedroom set. It literally took 20 minutes and we were discussing a delivery date. I would highly recommend going to a Jazzi Rae’s Furniture in Crestview or their other location in Fort Walton Beach.
