They killed my kitten during her spay procedure. Because I adopted her from a shelter, they didn’t do any pre-procedure blood work on her(something they neglected to tell us before). When I called and asked for an explanation, they were rude, annoyed that I was wasting their time, and unwilling to tell me the truth. Pure neglect from this vet clinic killed my kitten - confirmed after speaking to multiple cat veterinarians. Take your pets somewhere else! This place is absolute garbage.

They treat my Jumper like their own family pet. Love how happy she is when she’s there. I know they care about her!

They did pretty good. My baby was all good to go with no complications in or after. Thank you

These ppl truly care about animals. I dealt w Rachel who is amazing w an obvious heart of gold towards our babies as well as the comfort level for them and us moms and dads. They are also open on Saturdays because they realize pets get sick on weekends too and they want to be there for them. I am definitely switching all my fur babies to Emerald Coast Animal Hospital even though they’re quite a bit further away. I will go to the ends of the earth for my babies!

I think about this animal clinic everyday. 2 years ago, we brought in our kitten to get her spayed. unfortunately, the vet botched the surgery, leaving our cat with a hole in her stomach. eventually, we called to ask about the hole, but they said the hole was "normal". since it was the weekend, he told us to wait a day (since it was normal) and to take her the next day (Monday) so we didn't have to pay an emergency vet fee. we obviously listened to him because he is a vet and he said it was normal. i guess it wasn't normal because we woke up the next day to our cat laying with her organs hanging out of her stomach. This is a real story. the emerald coast animal hospital has traumatized me and will forever remain in my thoughts. I will never forget what they did to my cat. i think about this "mistake" of theirs daily. Rest in piece Libby.

Sooo I may be bias for writing this since this is the only vet my husband and I have been to since moving down here from Delaware but boy did we hit the jackpot! I love everyone in this vet , they are so nice, so helpful , so understanding and the ladies at the front desk are phenomenal ! I was talking to them about my high anxiety cat when dropping my other two off for surgery and I was super anxious and nervous but they made me feel so happy and reassured plus that whole day they kept me updated on my cats status and health. I felt so understood and heard. This veterinarian clinic cares about your animals not just the money they are amazing people, if you’re trying to find a vet please stop looking and go here ! Plus they have a cool bird that talks to you when you’re in the waiting room ! ?

My first visit to this vet facility was not the best. I was there to have a kitten vetted. The technician took the kitten back somewhere, then the tech came out and told me what the veterinarian said. I was disappointed and angry that I was charged about $100 for that visit and never saw the doctor.

The veterinarian and technicians have been great to me and my pup. The front desk is much better when the office manager/owner is there. It’s comforting to see her making her rounds to ensure Staff is taking care of business.

I have been going to them for about few years no they were really good the first two years but this passed year my fur baby got sick I took her in she was a drop off cause they had to run lads and stuff she was there for three days in those three days if it wasn't for me calling up there to see how she was I would haven't known n even after 2 trips that costed us 800 bill I had to rush her to the emergency vet, the dr is never in. Don't take you fur babies here.

Went to this vet and had my cat spaded here. After a couple of weeks, my cat was sick, so I took her back to check out. I thought maybe her spaying told us no hair balls meds were given after she finished meds she was sick again. So after 500 dollars and meds, my cat was still sick. This time, she was chronic. Took her to another vet. Somehow, she contracted cat parvo. So tonight, she died and had to have her cremated. A wopping bill of 1500.00 and a dead cat We have cats, but no parvo here. I am now wondering where she was exposed???? I have learned my lesson never again will I be going to this vet.

Took my older kitten here to get spayed and after a couple weeks she started to vomit and be lethargic. They took X-rays and said she had hairballs and needed medication to stop the vomiting and pass the hairballs. She was fine until the medication was over with, she started vomiting again and was becoming weak. I scheduled a new vet appointment at a different vet cause Emerald Coast wanted $700 to see her. I came home from work that same day and she was completely limp. I took her to OnPoint and they said she was too critical for them and to go Niceville ER. While she was there they diagnosed her with feline panleukopenia. The Vet Tech told me the medication they gave me masked her symptoms of the virus until I ran out of pills. She died that same night near midnight. My cat has been three places in her life, where I picked her up (at 2 months old) cause she was a stray, my house for the last 7 months (no contact with any other animals/cats), and Emerald Coast Animal Hospital. She obviously got it from this vet and they misdiagnosed her. I can't believe my cat who was 9 months old died because they didn't disinfect properly and cross contaminated their supplies with the virus. I'm very upset and don't recommend coming here at all.
