“Came to this shop during a family emergency to fix an iPhone SE 1st gen. It was damaged during battery replacement at another business in town. The gentleman at the desk calmed and assured me they could help. Several reasonable repair options were offered, and I selected the quickest, which was a priority to me. The technician, Alexander, quickly did his job, and I was on my way in no time. “Well today I was in a pickle. Had grandbabies, needed a battery for power wheels. Called and ask young lady if I could send a picture of said battery. She said sure...and called me back. We'll before I knew itt, I was on my way, to get a battery..lot of places were closed today.
