Not a pleasant experience here. We had my son’s 14 pro max battery, screens front and back replaced. We opted for non- Apple battery but apple original screens. Battery was smoking while being serviced, another battery ordered. Repair took longer than expected and i thought we were saving by opting for the repair. The phone was never the same. There were finger prints inside the glass. The phone was glitching, and slow. The back camera cracked although the camera temper glass stayed in tact. Definitely poor quality parts, doubtful they were OEM Apple. Fast forward a month and a half, phone slipped out of pocket and screen literally split open away from phone and you could see the insides. Phone won’t stay on longer than 5 minutes. Needless to say we just had to buy a new phone because refunds are not available and we were too afraid to have the phone worked on again. Use caution, read reviews, and highly consider a new phone over a repair.

APPLE USERS DO NOT USE!!!
iphone 14 screen fractured. Had the screen replaced by CPR. It worked for a moment but then started ghost typing. The screen he replaced it with WAS NOT an apple product. I did reach out to him, he told me it was outside of the warranty and that we damaged the phone after the fix. HIS REPLACEMENT PART is NOT compatible with an Iphone.
Apple will not touch the phone because he touched it. I had to buy a new phone.
DO NOT BE ME!! LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!

Phone screen replaced. Not of quality of an apple screen repair, screen became unrecognized and caused my phone to heat up, burn through the battery, and have malfunctions. I had to get a new phone entirely

I had a crack on the screen of my work computer. I needed it repaired the same day because I couldn’t miss work. Morrison quickly found the screen I needed and ordered it. I took my laptop to him and it was fixed within 2 hours. It only was it fixed, but his prices are quite a bit less than competitors. Anytime I need a repair, Morrison is who I would trust. Excellent job, quick repair, reasonably priced. Hands down, recommend Morrison and CPR for any repairs.

My son dropped his switch lite and the screen stopped working. I brought it to CPR on the 16th of January to be fixed. I paid to have the switch diagnosed. They promised to call and let me know what the problem was and they would not do any repairs until they called me. There was ZERO communication. They had the switch for almost 6 weeks and the only information I received was when I called or stopped by. Apparently the repair guy ordered a part to fix it, without my knowledge or consent, and it would take longer. I finally had enough of the run around and went to pick it up, unfixed. The switch was absolutely and completely disassembled, like he had been using it for parts. It was in a zip lock bag and destroyed. I now can not have the switch repaired as it us beyond fixing. They destroyed his switch and I now am out the switch and the diagnostic fee. I am so angry and disappointed at the disregard and disrespect of my belongings. I am disgusted with this company. I did post pictures.Also, they have moved locations. I never was made aware they moved.

I had an excellent experience with this business today! The power connection to an RV towing brake system circuit board was loose. I called CPR just after 10AM wondering if they did more than phone repairs. They thought they could help me. I drove 3.5 miles to their shop, arriving about 10:25. They jumped right on my problem. Once it was repaired they invited me into the back to show me what they found and how they had repaired. I was driving back to my RV by 11AM with the repaired circuit board. We were able to proceed to our next destination with a working brake system. Thanks to Morrison and Mark for the outstanding service.

If you don't know about CPR for Cell Phone Repair, then it's the best kept secret. I've gone in there many times for emergency cell repair. Most of us cannot go a day without our cell since it's the lifeline for communication. Morrison is amazing! The repair was done very quickly and sometimes on the spot. I really appreciate the great service and will be following the business when it relocates to the Santa Rosa Mall in Mary Esther! Thank for Morrison!
