Been married 9 years and decided to go get a new ring. They were AMAZING. All 3 of the people working there including the manager were patient and kind! Definitely going back!

They damaged my gold bracelet, they bent it, and they put the wrong chemical in it, now I have to pay to wash the bracelet... they said it was fake, I took it to another jewelry store and they told me that my bracelet was real and that they had burned it with the wrong acid

The New Mgr is not nice... at all. He should worry about customer service more and not be so Stern. First and foremost just be nice to your customers. Another is a way about business but first and foremost be nice to your customers that's all.

I love this place. Louise, and Nick are my peeps. Getting to warm up to Andrew the new manager. Michael not going to leave you or Shelly out. Louise is my heart, in four years I've never seen her in a bad mood. She and Nick have always treated me with the utmost respect and are always looking to help me out no matter what. They have great prices and deals. I've gotten so many designer bags and I love me some purses. So if you want a good deal with fantastic stuff you just have to go there. Just don't give away my deals you guys. Remember I need me a black MK and a LV. Good looking out. See you soon. Oh yeah, I love my Coach watch.

I bought a Keytar (keyboard guitar) from here. I got home only to find out that it was missing the dongle, the most important part. So I'm super bummed about it and tried to return it because it didn't work. I was told I bought it as is and they won't take it back. Even though it is missing the most important part of the instrument. This is the second item I've bought from them missing parts. Seems like they scam you into buying the warranty for items that don't work. They just sell most of items. Never a whole unit. Scam central

I come here sometimes, but I've been in a few time the last month. Good place to buy and pawn. I did notice though how the women act towards the male employee that helped me, I believe his name was Devin. I had some stuff pawned and one women was trying to talk over him to me, which was very rude of her, he knew what he was doing and didn't need her there. The manager that was there also had an attitude towards him even though he was nothing but nice to her and did everything for her. But if you do happen to go to this location, ask for Devin. He was just all around amazing, such a great personality too. That's the only reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of him.

I was helped by Devon, and he was wonderful. He was very nice and professional while also being funny. I will definitely come back just to have him help me again.
