Jason C was our salesman. Great experience here, and so far I am glad I left Verizon for them!The plans and rates are better, and I pre-ordered the S24 Ultra. So far, I love it.I did go back to ask some questions, and Jason was off. The female working didn't have good customer service, and I almost canceled my new plan & phone just because of the way she treated me.She tried to tell me I could hot spot my phone to another device in my car while running Android auto on wifi & Bluetooth. I knew I wasn't crazy that can't run Hotspot & connect to wifi at the same time.Other than that, I highly recommend Jason & AT&T.

I walked into a very clean and clean smelling store, Laura who I worked with and another ATT associate greeted me upon entry. Laura was just finishing up with another customer and had me in her care within 2 minutes.The overall experience was warm, inviting, and well worth switching from another company.If you want to continue to improve continue to hire, retain, and affirm more Laura's, they'll lead you to becoming not just the industry standard, but the industry exception.

Cameron was amazing, efficient, and patient. It took us a while to figure out some authorized user stuff but he stayed with us through the whole process. And he actually had a conversation with us. It wasn’t awkward and he consulted us on pricing and plans and Allen came and showed me some new camera features on my new phone. It was easily the best experience i’ve had with ATT. Thanks Thor

Alan needs a pay raise and a promotion, because this man knows his job and goes above and beyond to make sure the problem gets resolved. I’ve been trying to get my phone activated and transferred from a different provider and Alan was the 7th person I talked to and he finally solved this even though it meant him staying past closing time. Me and my wife really appreciated his assistance. Thanks again Alan you are the best!

Phone but the dust this weekend and I needed a replacement before flying out of town. Ken was extremely professional and informative regarding my upgrade and got me on my way with a new phone in less than an hour. It's a rather long story, but short version is, the wireless company I was porting from would not release my phone number. My store representative Alan went above and beyond to address the issue. Alan seriously deserves recognition for all that he did and the time invested in making sure I was taken care of. I have honestly never had a better customer service experience... Thank you Alan!
