The people working there sounded more interested in selling me a new mower instead of fixing my mower because a tornado damaged it.My mower is less than 6 months old. I looked up the price on one of the parts they said they could order for me if I ended up needing it and the price they quoted me (off the top of his head) was twice what it would cost from the Husqvarna website but he may have been quoting the price if I had to get both sides replaced instead of just one, but I told the guy it was only damaged on one side. I didn't actually need the part at all because that wasn't the problem.He recommended I go somewhere else because they only do warranty repairs. Tornado damage is not covered under warranty by Husqvarna.The store looked decent inside and they had a lot of products for sale. They might not be a bad place if you're looking to buy, but don't expect any repairs beyond service and warranty repairs.

Tried to buy a mower. They tried to charge me 500.00 because I had a finance company paying a thousand dollars out of 5000. I had cash for the other 4000.00 they paid the company I bought from with corporate credit card. I spent 7200.00 6200.00 cash and 1000.00 on a corporate credit card.

Very poor service. Bought my lawnmower here expecting good local service. The first time I had to take it in, service was great. Not this time. They’ve had my mower for almost 6 weeks and have apparently done absolutely nothing. Every time my wife calls she gets a different story, has been told someone will call her back and they never do. Called last week for an update and was told the mechanic said he was working on it that day. Now a week later called again and was told the mechanic said he would “look at it today.” I’ll be picking up my mower today and will take it somewhere else.

I have never had a worse experience at any store EVER. Took a lawnmower to be fixed to this store. They said it would cost over 100 to fix and we said that was fine. Paid 40 deposit, said they couldn't fix it, gave us the lawnmower back pulled apart, parts missing and pieces broken. Worse than we brought it. I suppose they thought we would just buy a $500-$800 lawnmower from them if they broke ours beyond repair. Owner got rude and started yelling at my husband. For some reason I cannot leave a review on Google or their Facebook so im here on yelp. I am going to find every platform to inform others of these CROOKED, UNTRUSTWORTHY, USELESS LOWLIFES.

Third times the charm right, uh no. First visit they tried to charge me for work that was covered by warranty, next visit (more warranty) got the mower back with loose bolts and attachments did not fully reassemble, last visit today somehow they broke the trim bezel for the fuel window. Upon pointing out the issue at pickup they more or less suggested they didn't do it. Their final solution to my concerns was to walk away back into the shop. Not very customer oriented to say the least. Definitely going to find a different service shop and suggest you do the same.

Took lawnmower there due to warranty work... had my lawn mower for over 2 weeks, work was done but wouldn't give me my mower because the people they were in contract with hadn't paid them yet, the people had already told them and given paperwork that they would get paid but didn't want to give me my mower until I got police involved and got on phone with the warranty people to send them all kinds of paperwork proving (even though they were in contract with them) that their payment was getting mailed out .. the woman who works up there became rude as did mechanic who brought my lawnmower out and said we could load it up our selves without showing that mower worked properly, refused to give any paper work showing what was done also.. not satisfied and won't get our business again as well as any of our families business and our friends business...hope they lose their contract for warranty work since mechanic said he didn't care if he had their contract or not and they also hung up one the warranty people 3 times after warranty people let them know they were holding my lawn mower hostage!! Not a good way to handle business....
