I am on my second Sequoia and relocated back to my hometown after my Daddy passed away. There are a handful of Toyota places around, but after reading the reviews, I steered clear. I only needed 150,000mi servicing, a routine check to make sure all is good, and a service dept. that I could rely on and trust. I made an appt and they checked it all out. I had uneven tread wear from hauling horses and failing to rotate tires regularly. They could've done like most, performed the work, take my money, and let me go out the door; but they didn't. They took the time to sit down and explain why they didn't rotate & balance, generated a list of tires that'd best fit my needs- from dirt road & highway driving to hauling. Good people & noticed their service department was really getting other vehicles in and out very efficiently, not having people wait hours on end. I didn't see an unhappy customer in there. They'll have my business as long as I'm in the area! :)

My tundra was not running smooth at all. So, on 5/06/22 I took it to the Service department here. This was my first time bringing it to Marianna Toyota. With 225,000 miles on my Tundra, let's just say, I'm attached to it. Also, I was expecting to spend a lot of money. What I found was not only some very friendly people, but real professionals who listened to what my concerns were. In not time they located the problem and for way less then I expected resolved the issue. They also advised me of things to watch out for in the future. After negative experiences at Panama City Toyota, I now know there is a place who values me as more then a bank account and who will look after my tundra for the next 225,000 miles

Searched from Mobile, Al to Tally , Fl and after no follow ups (twice ) with Dothan Toyota I reached out to Marianna Toyota and Ronnie Allen.. Explained what I was researching and True Car Pricing. Ronnie on his own called local banks and locked in my interest rate and the money i wanted for my trade. In fact the Tacoma I was asking about Ronnie upgraded to the TRD Off Road for the same price Dothan was wanting and SR5 for !!! In all this transaction was the smoothest and pleasant I have experienced in years. I encourage you to call and discuss your options with Ronnie before purchasing. Thanks Marianna Toyota and Ronnie Allen.

Don't ever go here, yes prices are decent but the receipt are crappy and they don't keep a record of it. So even though you have a warranty, now I have to buy another one. �

Purchased a vehicle in 2011, very friendly staff that made sure they done whatever it was going to take to get us in the vehicle we were looking at. They actually went above and beyond what they had to do to be able to make the sell. I would highly reccomend anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to stop in and give them a chance to show you what they have.
