This lab is unreliable. Simply test results that other labs would have done in a day or two quest has taken over close to two weeks. They only employ one staff member to run the WHOLE lab. Sometimes 2 staff but they need an entire crew and they refuse to keep A CREW. That makes patients wait long hours to get tests. Hours and hours to pick up or drop off specimens. No one answers phone calls , No one gets back to you there is no one to talk to about the horrible service they provide. No way of contacting a real person. They took the entire help desk out of the location so there is NEVER any member of staff to help you or talk with you. I believe that was done on purpose so corporate can have more money in their pocket. They are not running a good business and someone needs to shut them down and start all over because this mess they GOT going on is far from ridiculous it's close to negligent. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAB. GO ANY WHERE BUT DONT GO HERE! I WILL NEVER USE QUEST AGAIN!!! AND YES I HAVE AN OPTIONS. I HOPE YOU SEE THIS QUEST CORP ...YOU ALL NEED TO RESIGN AND GET NEW CORPORATE STAFF THAT ACUALLY CARES ABOUT THE PATIENT.

Staff was friendly, appointment was easy to set up through their website, got called in within 15-20 minutes of the appointment time. Would have been great... except they didn't actually have the service their website was advertising available and hadn't for over a week. Definitely some issues with communication between the on-site folks and whoever's running their automated systems.
Confirm with the on-site staff before making any sort of appointment! Their website and associated automation does not know what's going on there.

They are one if not the only in network lab service. As a result they get a lot of business from people who don't want or can't afford out of network costs. We have had multiple issues over the years with them . One occasion we had a lab order provided from the Dr's office along with a specimen sample in a container the Dr's office provided. They wouldn't accept it if it wasn't in their container and made us make an appointment which meant a separate trip on a different day just to drop off a specimen. Recently I had another sample for one of my children to be dropped with the Dr's order attached. There is NO receptionist. I followed the instructions on the kiosk and front desk for a sample drop off. No staff came to the front to take the specimen. When a lady did come to the lobby and opened the door to call the next patient I stopped her and asked about taking the drop-off. She was extremely rude in her response and informed me I needed to make an appointment just to do a drop off. I had my children with me. There was no room in the lobby and the next available appointment was 3.5 hours later. I'm not sure if all their staff are that way but I know they have one that is very rude and disrespectful and I've had similar experiences with her in the past and have multiple people that I know personally with similar experiences. It would honestly be best if this business were shut down, some other company took over, or insurances to offer other in network options.

Stephanie, the lab technician at Quest Labs in Marianna, was awesome! I didn't even feel the stick. Very proficient and friendly!

They will not help you even if you can somehow manage to speak to a human being. I went in and there was nobody there no receptionist and no patients when a lady finally came by she spoke to me as though I was an idiot. I handed her my orders from the Dr and she just handed them back and said I need an appointment. I will never use this place again I will drive to Tallahassee before I step foot in there and will recommend the same to everyone I know. They are the only lab I know of in Marianna and after reading some of the other reviews that must be the only way they are still in business here.

The center was very crowded as my appointment was the first one in the morning but I used self check in and was taken back for my blood draw in less than 5 minutes!

I don't think anyone has a clue what they are doing here. I set up my own appointment for gender testing, or at least I tried to. NO ONE answers the phone so I did it through their website and chose "other" as my option after getting advice from other pregnant friends who had done the same. Come in and I'm told it wasn't ordered through my doctor, just genetics. To which I explain the genetic testing will be done at the hospital but I wanted to wait to schedule gender testing separate to check with insurance coverage first. I'm then told they can't do anything. I ask why even though I set up my own appointment. Never answered my question and was told to either call my doctor and have it ordered or I could call "Walk in Labs". Come to find out Walk in Labs doesn't even offer gender testing as an option. I will take my own blood testing with a rusty used needle before returning here. It literally seemed they were only interested in getting me out and could care less about helping me.
