I have lived here for almost 4 years in the four years. We have had multiple maintenance men due to the company being bought out a few times this last company that purchased Pebble hill in June 2024 have been nothing but great. I want to pinpoint the maintenance man He does a wonderful job Always goes above and beyond, very Professional. Anytime we are riding through the neighborhood in passing He is going to Communicate with you whether it be wave or roll the window down and have a conversation with you about what may be happening at your unit. The other maintenance man would hide try not to make eye contact or avoid you In general. I want to say this company and the maintenance man are a great addition to Pebble hill looking forward to having a quick turnaround on my service request. Pebble hill is becoming a better neighborhood.

Our sweet maintenance man Darryl is the best worker we have had in a very long time. Things are getting done fast and done right. Our pool is taken care of and it was never taken of before. Give this man a raise.

All I have to say is I love pebble Hill estates, the maintenance man thats been here. As of 8-8-2024 this man has fixed so much he's friendly, kind and polite, and my kids thinks he awesome grateful to move here

Darryl, (the knew maintenance gentleman) came to my residence immediately after l put in my work order in about my air conditioner, he fixed it, and got it running colder than it was before it was broken. I wanted his good work, and dedication be known.

Thank goodness for the new maintenance man Darryl ! We have lived here 12 years total and never have we had a person who not only is beyond knowledgeable but reliable, efficient and hard working. we have a leak in our bathroom for years last year it started causing water damage and pooling under the bathtub. It would overflow into the walls and out into the laundry area. This caused mold and lots of wall and floor damage. We had to have safepro in and out of our house for over a month with machines running non stop and once the inside of the walls all through the master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room were clear of mold the old maintenance man put the sheet rock back up without ever even looking to repair the leak so for months after I continued to remind the office the leak was never ever repaired. Darryl came in to my house once and immediately knew what was causing the issue and fixed it ! Saved me tons of laundry, time and money from having to clean up water and saved the management company tons of hassle and costs that would come with any mold coming back or further property damage.
Every maintenance request has been completed quickly and correctly which I can not remember the last time that had happened.
For the past couple of years so many request have been ignored or completed just to close out the slip but never actually repaired and the months and even weeks prior to Darryl starting here at pebble hill were just as neglectful.
It has been a while since I have felt safe with a maintenance person being in my home. I’m so relieved to finally have a trustworthy person to count on. Darryl is so kind, considerate and personable it’s a pleasure to interact with him and a comfort to know should I ever need someone to go in to my home while I am not there that my home, children and all my belongings will be treated with the utmost respect and taken care of. Sadly the last few maintenance men were not allowed in my home or around it unless my husband was present.
Great job pebble hill for finally hiring a beyond qualified maintenance person. He’s for sure an asset to our neighborhood. Hopefully he will get some help soon since the houses have been so neglected for so long i am sure he has his work cut out for him.

Update 3:Will the office ever be open?! A new company took over bc the old company couldn’t run it but where is the new company?! If we have a problem who do we call?!Update 2:In two weeks y’all have moved in the most ghetto clients in Jackson co. The police is out here several times a day. Kids are knocking on doors and running! Neighbors arguing in their yards cussing n fussing. I was proud of my place but now it’s turning into the slums! Kids running the street at night. Have y’all thought about moving a maintenance person in to manage this place when the neighbors feel like they have the run of the place. At 5 pm on Friday this place turns into the slums until Sunday night.Update:1I know y’all are monitoring these reviews so I am making a plea for an air filter. I have asked since oct when new management took over. Here it is almost January and surprise surprise no filter! New management is rude and could careless about your needs. October I requested said filter and was told per office manager that they would be coming to replace them monthly in all units, Nov I asked again (I have bad allergies and disabilities that keep me from doing much) I was told they’d be coming again per office manager, it’s the end of Dec…I still have no filter! I have been in management and preventive measures save money and time. Can we just get air filters already?! I’ve been to the ent 4 times since NovIT MAKES A DIFFERENCEI miss cushman and Wakefield ?I have complained about neighbors letting their dogs poop wherever they please and nothing is done. Both sides of me allow dogs out with no leash to do as they please. My front yard has land mines and my grandson can’t even play, it’s ridiculous. One side is a meth head who does as she pleases 3,4,5 a.m. they don’t care. I’ve had repairs put in since June that will cause problems to the unit, like mold and rot. Several doors do not seal properly and they don’t care. They seem more interested in putting people in empty units than repairing units that are already being paid for bc they are occupied.

I have been bitten in the pool by a snake, I have been discriminated against by management, I have been ignored by management pleading for just the cost of my medical bills and the intention of the property manager refusing to even respond. I don't understand why a place of residence can treat you so terrible and can't get any one higher to help because the manger refused to even contact me back the snake bit me mid summer I have not even received the bare minimum of my medical cost. I have thought about legal action from the discrimination, the snake bite and the injustice of it all. My family was suffering and displaced immediately pebble hill refused any help and evicted us with no help I informed the Courts and nothing was done
