“As a couple who are now seniors we have been dreading going in to upgrade grading our cell phones after 6 years. Our past experiences left us a bit shell shocked so we put it off until we could not any longer. So, into the Verizon trenches we went ready to be bombarded with questions and offers to send us into brain freeze and uncertainty.
Much to our surprise, we were met by Mandy Hutchings with only one question… “How can I help you today?”… and then proceeded to take the reigns and walked us through the most expedient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional service we would have never expected.
She ran the numbers to make certain we were getting the best deal regarding plans and rebates, and device charges and perks. She not only put us at ease by her calm and professional demeanor, but explained every step she was performing with so much attention and clarity that we had really no questions for her during the process. To watch her was like watching a well oiled machine… there was no question that she knew what she was doing.
The primary account could not recall the password for the phone assigned, but the secondary did. No problem… she handled it.
If you know your password the process goes faster, but if you do not recall it is not a set back.
