I own a 2020 Blazer & recently moved to Jackson County, FL. and wouldn't you know, just as soon as I paid that puppy off, I start having issues. Nothing major but never the less......an issue of "Shift to Park" when vehicle is already in Park. Turns out it's a common issue & a few service bulletins out on it so I make an appt to get it taking care of. I have the after market warranty from CNA National that I got when I purchased the vehicle 3 yrs ago. The one that the Chevy dealers sell on pre owned vehicles.
Ok, I show up at the dealership about 10 minutes early & find my way, walk in the door, was immediately asked "can I help you" & my reply was good morning, I have 10am appt. The girl behind the counter, Danielle proceeds to tell me they're super busy slammed & has no idea when they could even think about getting to my vehicle. Not believing my ears...I state so what do I do. You made this appt for me & now you tell when I get here you don't have time for me......there's so much more to the words exchanged, the story itself but I'd be here all day. She never even tried to focus on me as a customer or act like she cared. She seemed a bit defensively aggressive and displayed the like it or lump it demeanor. Treated me poorly! My first impression and a very a lasting one.
Doubt I will ever go back nor will I recommend them.

Great service with a lovely crew. They were so quick to help, and to answer any questions I had. Waiting room was very clean, and even had popcorn, I love popcorn!! Went for an oil change, left with a great experience!!!!! Will definitely be back, soon.

The ownership seems to have made a lot of positive changes around here. After walking in, I was greeted with friendly people. I was able to get my oil changed and get back to my day quickly. I even enjoyed some popcorn while I waited.

Was truly surprised by the amazing experience at Miller & Miller. Process of purchasing my Tahoe was incredibly smooth and record fast. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. My car has been waiting for a warranty repair for more than 6 months now. I been told several times now that as soon as the loaner car came in the service manager would get the keys and call me right away. He even said once it should be Monday. When I didn't hear anything I called on Tuesday and he apologized saying it is taking longer on the car they are on but will call me as soon as it's in. We'll it is done by now for sure but when I called I guess they have a new service manager because he said there is no cars. I could bring it and drop it off and they would get to it. I told him I couldn't walk. He said I was welcome to take it to any Chevrolet dealership they all do warranty work. He was rude and said let him know if I wanted him to do the work. Don't waste your time on Miller Miller. Ricky Miller is a lier hiding behind the presence of God. He was supposed to call me months ago and I still haven't heard from him.

Took my Buick in for services making noise n wire hanging down n oil change and tires was low I ask for a multi point inspection they keep it 3 or 4 days and nothing was down they said the wire hanging down with a sensor was not out of the ordinary my tires was still low they said it was only a quart low on oil the multi point inspections ask for was not down I had to take it to a dealer in Tallahassee where I bought it to find out front brakes was bad it was in need of a alignment air filter was clogged and cabin filter was bad

They kept my truck for a month. Misdiagnosed the problem installed the wrong part. Then charged close to $300 just to put on a coil wire that was just replaced before bringing the truck to them. The truck still doesn't run management is a joke. I'll never do business there again.
