absolutely worse service i've ever had to deal with. lowe's in marianna fl. employees walking around after being told to help us and just look at us to keep walking by. terrible!

I went to Lowe's today to pickup my online order. As I was waiting at the return desk to check out my order . There was several customers waiting behind me . There was only one cashier working the register. But there was 4 ladies standing behind the cage that is behind the pro desk . So the couple that was behind me they went asked the 4 ladies that was behind cage could they come and help. The one young lady came to register and asked rudely what the woman needed. The cashier was acting like she didn't want to do her job. Coughing all around register and not covering her mouth and not wearing a mask. Then it was my turn to get waited on .The cashier behavior wasn't friendly . We walked outside to get the lounge chairs , while we was walking outside she was still coughing so I stated that she needed to cover her mouth. I asked her if she was sick and she stated that she had pneumonia. So we got to the chairs and they where full of water and very dirty . I wasn't happy. The cashier ask me well do I want them or not . Not in a friendly manner again . So I asked her her name and she stated Carmen . Her name tag was covered up. I loaded my chairs and went back inside to speak to manager . Another cashier asked me if she could help . She stated that the young lady waited on me was a head cashier like her . So I stated that I wanted to speak to someone above the head cashier. Manager came her name was Cara. So I told that the employee was rude in how she had talk to me and the customers she waited on before me . Manager asked me what the young lady's name and she said there is no one by that name . I'm assuming she lied to me about her name also. Manager just stood there and didn't say anything . I don't know the head cashiers name but she is short and has purple hair . This is not the first time I have encountered rude employees. I will no longer do business with this store again . Cathy S

Horrible store. Worst experience ever! Washer/dryer was never delivered! Take my advice stay away, go to Home Depot or anywhere but Lowes!

Lowes Marianna, FL is awful! They don't deserve a star! Purchased a $2k washer/dryer to never get delivered. Request to speak with delivery company. They refused To disclose who the third party is. Who I gave hard earned money to for my delivery service. Later found out it is Spirit Delivery service and they have all negative reviews from customers whom were scammed for Lowes purchases. So not only is Lowes' horrid so is the their contracted delivery company. They do not , I repeat do not care about their customers. Go to Home Depot or anywhere but Lowes.

Extremely poor customer service, staff are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized or familiar with items and there location. Managers are rude and unsympathetic with trying to correct an issue with service, customer satisfaction, delivery of products by Spirit LN, they are contracted by Lowe's in Marianna, Florida. Spirit was to deliver and install my washer and dryer in my home. However, when they arrived they refused to remove my old washer and dryer and install my new Whirlpool washer and dryer. One of the men noticed I had a couple of boards on my back deck that were needing replacing but I and other individuals walk across it with NO problems or issues. So during the conversation my little chiweenie was barking at the man, and he stayed, "SHUT UP, I'LL KICK YOU IN THE HEAD!" The man said this right in front of my 9 year old adopted son, and that upset him tremendously. My son was emotionally terrified and distraught, because he thought the man was going to hurt or kill his little puppy!! The same man then refused to set-up my new appliances, left them on the back deck, refused to move them inside, even though it was raining. There are a lot of other unprofessional, assistance issues with contacting the store managers with no return promised phone call, getting my appliances connected, it has been over a week now. I WILL NOT shop at Lowe's in Marianna, Florida again. I will advise ALL of my friends and acquaintances as no one needs our should be subjected to what I have been through!

Went to Lowes today in Marianna Florida, SATURDAY, about 1:00 pm. Was looking for a simple item, foam door case edging, looked for about 20 minutes, finally walked across the store to "customer service" where 4 people were standing around chatting not helping anyone, I said "do any of you think you could help a customer"? All four looked at me, grudging looked for the foam door edging, all the time he kept saying "this isn't my department". We have experienced the same lack of service across the country from Colorado to Florida...LOWES DOSENT GIVE A SHIT! Employees are rude and argumentative, not helpful, no one back in the departments to help anyone....from now on ITS ACE HARDWARE FOR ME!.......

Me and the wife stopped to pick up a few things. Why is it this store is prolly 85° inside? We stop at the Panama City 23rd store and they actually have the AC on. When asked why its so hot we're told its a corporate thing, I call BS. If its a corp thing why are other stores in the same area different? This has been this way for months now. Why?

The Lowe's store in Marianna, Florida has serious issues. The different between it and other Lowe's stores is very noticeable for product availability, customer friendliness and assistance. This store is overstaffed with many employees just walking around trying to look "too busy" to help you! Last visit, I saw at least six employees walking around, but only one checkouts with a line over 19 people long! This store is seriously mismanaged. We order two skids of materials, were promised delivery in two days. It didn't show up, called and we were told the delivery was not scheduled for five more days because "it was not convenient". Lowes corporate needs to give this store a lot of attention and straighten out a very, very bad employee culture!

This Lowe's is one of the best I've ever been in. Excellent customer service. Manager John P. went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I will be back.
