I have banked with handcock Whitney for many years. I recently sought to open a business account at Hancock Whitney and was given the run around and told what all that I "Had To Do" by Sabrina. Part of what I was told was not correct at all. I went to PeoplesSouth Bank at 2260 S.R.71 Marianna, Florida and spoke with Ashley who happens to know what she is talking about. People'sSouth accommodated me and I gave them that business account. Hancock has repeatedly failed me over the years. It's getting to be time to stop banking with Hancock Whitney completely. It's amazing that they missed out on a great business account. Since Natalie left, the place has truly deteriorated.

I absolutely love the people here! Marcella set me up when I was 16 and I never had an issue with the bank until these last couple of weeks. It first started out as I saw I was in a deficit and I instantly transferred money via PayPal instant. They withheld my money and charged me an overdraft fee. I had to call them and get it straightened out. They finally after 3 days put the money from my PayPal in and refunded my overdraft fee. Then last night I checked my bank via the H

Hancock Bank is the best bank that I have ever banked with. They treat you like a family member or good friend. If you have a special need, Natalie will bend over backwards within her ability to help. Marcella is amazing too and always goes the extra mile for you. I never feel like a stranger or outsider when I bank at Hancock in Marianna. They always have a big smile at the drive through and you can tell that the atmosphere inside is pleasant. I recommend Hancock Whitney bank in Marianna to anyone who wants a friendly bank that cares and gives you personal service.

The lady Natalie at the Marianna Florida office messed our paperwork up. Twice she has assisted us and nothing goes right. The last time she ordered my husband 2 debit cards and me none. Smh

Every single person who works here has gone over and beyond for me at some point or another. They are always efficient and timely in the drive though and inside. Management is outstanding - they are involved in customer care and answer all of my questions as they arise. I’m very please with this bank and I’m happy to know there is a Hancock/Whitney in my hometown! Thanks for every thing y’all do!
