Terrible customer service. I’d recommend going elsewhere

The service is good but the whole place smells like cigarette smoke. Walking in is like getting into the car of a smoker.

The people working at this location later night are very kind and funny and personable. It’s nice to come into a place late at night needing some thing of importance and coming into contact with people that are pleasant.

Great, efficient service at the CVS in Marianna, FL, from the pharmacy to the aisle clerk assisting me without me requesting assistance to the checkout counter. Great job.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! I had the worst experience there today, arrogant rude nasty little girl! And the pharmacist approved her rude behavior. A gentleman was there and he even said all of them are so rude and don’t want to do their jobs. Rolling her eyes and twisting her neck. Ariana I think she said her name was when I asked, her name tag was faded with marker. I have never experienced so much disrespect all behind asking questions about my prescriptions. So needless to say my prescriptions have been transferred and corporate has been called

This is the only pharmacy that supposedly never gets medication when a doctor sends it over electronically.
The other pharmacy’s were already closed so I had to use CVS. It was a complete nightmare. I started this process of getting the meds at 5:30pm.
If my 2 year old wasn’t so sick, I would have waited. He really needed the first dose tonight.
First, the tech said they never received the prescription or missed any calls. I was on the phone with the after hours provider when they tried to make contact and the pharmacy wouldn’t pick up. But they got confirmation that the electronic submission went through. Then the tech tells me “oh, the Dr has to leave a VM with the prescription and then when we have time we’ll check it and call them back.” I argued that logic, I already explained it was an after care number and they’re obviously not going to wait 30 mins to get the provider on the line, which she confirmed!
So I had to pull to spot (sick 2 year old in the car) call the after hours number for the dr again, after 30-40 mins they finally get the pharmacy on the line. So everything should be good, right? No….
I go to get the meds, waited 30 mins in line, (after they already mixed the prescription, because I watched him do it), the pharmacist comes to the window and says “there’s a discrepancy with the med” I asked what it was, he said “I’d have to talk to the dr. I tried to call the office but they’re closed” no duh, I’ve been trying to get the meds since 5:30. So he says I’ll have to call and have the Dr call again, so … I pull to a spot again. I finally make contact with the after hours doctor after 30-40 more mins, she puts me on hold and she calls again! Verifies that it’s good to pick up. So I go back to the drive thru, I’m 4 cars back inline, wait and when I get to the window the Pharmacist says “we got it sorted out, we’ll have it mixed here in a just a min” it’s been 20 mins now that the Dr said it was good to go and I’ve waited in line. I’m like “great, I’ll wait then.” This tail head says, “you can’t wait in line, you have to circle back around”, I said “there’s 6 cars and I waited; if it’s going to be just a min I’ll wait” he says “you can’t wait, we have to help the other cars circle back around”, He literally said it would take a min…
I’m furious at this point, he obviously doesn’t have kids or he doesn’t care.
I circled back, waited for 20 more mins to finally get to the window and get the meds. Finally! At 8:30, we get the meds! I didn’t cuss them out, I didn’t become irate but it took everything in me to not pop off in front of the sick 2 year old. I inquired on transferring all our meds to a different pharmacy which they didn’t seem happy about, but after today I will never fill anything with this CVS ever again.

I purchased a glucose meter from this CVS I've never used one or even know what is a high or low blood sugar. They have a place in there for consultation, blood pressure monitoring and blood sugar testing. I asked for help with setting up the meter and help testing myself. I was told to call the number on the back of the box. I asked for help because I already called the number and was even more confused

Horrible place. Finally moved my scripts to Publix in Dothan. Its a shame because CVS is 5 minutes from me but worth a 55 minute drive for decent, respectful service. There is a misogynistic pharmacist at that CVS who should not be allowed to work around women.

There should seriously be a negative 20 star button for this pharmacy… it is literally the absolute WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to in my entire life… the 15 people running the pharmacy have no clue what’s going on they literally never have my medication in stock that I go for every single month and can’t tell me when it will be in stock while ALSO catching a complete attitude about the whole ordeal.. unfortunately I live out of state and Walmart charges double for my
Medication so I can’t just switch pharmacies.. I leave in tears monthly bc of how unbelievably rude and uncaring EVERY person that works there has treated me!!!! How can SO many people be that rude and unprofessional.. it almost seems like that is part of the job description when they’re hired on!!

Very rude. I need my meds and asked about how long it would take. The employee just had a smart butt laugh. They had just opened up and told me they haven't checked for the meds called in. I also had a written RX. I am glad they are not my regular pharmacy. They were closed. I won't be back

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. There were 3 working, the phone kept ringing. The woman helping me told me.we weren't in Network, hmm do your research first before telling a patient that one. These people don't follow HIPAA guidelines. The bathrooms were god awful. It looked like they weren't clean in over 2 weeks. The abundance of trash around and throughout the store was so bad! How about putting a garbage can outside the front door? Or is that too much to care for?
