Had a great experience! Matthew was our salesman and it was a totally no-pressure environment. The manager, Chad, negotiated on price to get me the best deal possible in this day and age of market shortages and dealer markups. They even hand-delivered my dream truck an hour away the next day, as I was passing through and dont live there. Best sales experience I've had in a long time! Highly recommend

There are not enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation towards this dealership! My husband and I showed up today with a transmission issue and due to the extent of our situation we were met with the most amazing people! These people were amazing! Had no appointment, was on the road, got a warning light and they checked it right away and got me serviced in just about an hour! Super nice people and very knowledgeable. Hopefully, if I’m in a jam again, it’s near these people!

I was talking with BJ Walters and he was amazing helped me with financing a brand new 2024 Ram 1500 Tradesman. Was very nice through the whole process kept me up to date on everything ....I came all the way from Illinois to get this truck I would def suggest Key Marianna with BJ and the whole team they are amazing and very helpful

The absolute best car buying experience you could ever ask for. Al was our salesman and when he said that he would take care of us, he did just that. The manager made sure we left extremely satisfied as well and we are grateful for that. Mr. Lipford explained everything in crystal clear terms so no surprises. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Key!!

Brought in a 2015 jeep compass because the AC compressor was out. They wanted almost $1700 for part and labor. That's more than 3x's what any honest mechanic would charge. Went to pick up the Jeep and was told I had to pay a $160 diagnostic fee. I never signed anything saying I would pay that and when I dropped it off the lady that took my keys didn't mention it either. I guess the service manager comes up to me and points to a note on the wall that states you have to pay a diagnostic fee. She then states that my vehicle wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. I argued with her because there's no way I'm being ripped off like that. I told her I could get the job done for 1/3 the price. She says to me, well yeah it's not a Mopar part. She was saying to me why did I bring the Jeep into them in the first place. Then she threatened to not give me the keys. When I went to pay she tells me she was not taking the payment because of the way I talked to her (which I'm sure she is used to it). I will never take a vehicle to any Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Jeep dealership and I will never buy one again.

My family purchased a vehicle here recently. It was by far the quickest and least stressful car purchase I have ever made! Fun as well! Salesman Ben Robertson was so helpful and knowledgeable and finance manager Tyler Lipford was so nice and made it easy. We drove 3 hours to see them and it was worth every mile. Prices are the best as well. I highly recommend Key automotive!

Less than 2 weeks after buying a 2019 dodge ram longhorn, power steering went out. Called them up and ask if there was any in house support to help on such a new purchase. Was told no because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. In my mind it's just wrong they wouldn't even consider this customer recently purchased ( less than two weeks) this vehicle . I was impressed how helpful and attentive they are to you in the process of buying from them. But once paper is signed your on your own.

I can confidently say truck shopping at Key CDjR was the best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The showroom was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly professional. Doug and his staff, were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect truck. They listened to my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. Their expertise made the process smooth and enjoyable. The dealership offered a fantastic selection of trucks, and I was able to test drive several models before making my decision.

Matthew and Dylan helped me beyond words. They got me into a reliable Jeep I'll have for years and with payments that make sense! There was 0 hassle whatsoever and a very fast process (we drove from Tallahassee). Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful There was never a point of confusion or miscommunication. 10/10 experience!
