I love Chipola Ford! Bought my first Mustang GT there. Service is great, fast. Everyone is extremely friendly and one of my best friends works there and takes really good care of me as he would for any customer. He's just that kind of guy!

I had major electrical issues. started out w no ac blower fan but took 3 visits to troubleshoot. Issue was intermittent, turned out it was a complete replacement of power distribution box and associated wiring harness (2017 F450) Tech did a very detailed job of troubleshooting to completion. Logistics of parts was 1st issue, then it was shop being understaffed. Finally tech was given time to complete repair. All in all it was almost 4 weeks to completion and this was last time it was taken in for repair. I still give the shop good marks for communication and overall repair. I'm retired and have another vehicle and I'm a retired tech by trade so these type of repairs can be very complex. 3 weeks out and repair seems fixed. Thanks to the Ford people at Chipola Ford here in Marianna, FL.

I brought my car up here for a recall in the air bag. After them having it for a month, I just came and got it without it being fixed. Not even an apology. They don't stand behind there products. Might as well buy a Honda.

I have taken my 2008 Ford F150 to Chipola Ford for the same issue twice. Truck won't start again after driving. I personally replaced the starter, crank sensor, fuel pump and filter. First trip they couldn't reproduce the problem, until I got stranded a block from Chipola Ford. Second time they worked on the truck they thought it was due some loose wires and old parts. However when I got back to Chipley from Marrianna approximately 35 miles I was stranded at the gas station. Now I'm being told it maybe a Crank module? We will see if 3 times is a charm.

My mothers vehicle went in for a recall a week ago and they haven’t done any work whatsoever. They said there’s one vehicle in front of her’s and they won’t be able to get it on a lift to work on it for another week. They have been very vague with her and are not being straightforward.

They had the warranty part in stock, it's an old building so there's a few chairs that they call a waiting area for folks getting service but it's a small town dealership.
