They young guy would not hook the diagnostic tester up to my vehicle. Wouldn't even consider it. He just sold me a part and moved on. He wouldn't test my battery either. Turns out I just needed a battery. So thanks for nothing.

This place is amazing!! Thank you so much James the store manager for all your help! This is my favorite autozone I live an hour away but I will definitely drive the hour to come to this store because james's store manager goes above and beyond for his customers! He makes sure you have what you need for your Vehicle!

I went to the store today to get my battery checked and the store manager James helped me. He hooked up the battery meter to determine it was the battery and confirmed it was then went a step above to recommend testing the alternator to make sure it was good also. James went above customer satisfaction for me and didn’t try to guess the problem but went beyond to verify and to not just make a sale. He even put the battery in for me and answered all my questions. James is a great asset to this store and I can tell by my experience he treats all his customers the same with respect and helpful. I definitely will be recommending everyone go there to get their check engine lights checked or battery. I give James a 5 star for my experience and thankful he helped me.

We truly appreciate James Neal, store manager, for promptly helping us. While visiting Marianna the battery suddenly died on our Silverado. He promptly helped us figure out the exact battery and installed it. Traveling with 2 six year olds, this service was a life saver before the girls became cranky from Florida heat. Lol

I went to AutoZone in Marianna, Florida
because my auto parts store was closed and I needed some license plate screws. I found what I needed on the shelf. 4 screws were $5.99 which is way overpriced but I was willing to pay it because I needed them right then. I went to the counter and the clerk (young man with dark hair) was behind the register. He asked me cash or card? I said card. He said, "if your paying with a card you have to use self check out. I repeated back to him, " So your telling me if I'm paying with a card I must use self check out? He gave me a dirty look and I laid down my item and left. If I have to use self check out to buy there I won't buy there. If I get a dirty look from the employee, I will not be going back to that store. I communicated with the main customer service center and they said the manager would be reaching out to me. It's been two weeks and no reach out which nows moves this situation to I will never use any AutoZone anywhere. Congratulations, I wasn't asking anything unreasonable and this is how they acted in which they lost a sale and a potential future customer. They seem to try so hard to be up to be progressively up to date with the stores, but sadly forget the customer. The customer is the reason there is a business. I went to another place and got the same license plate screws for $2.99. Bumper to Bumper is a way better auto store were you just walk in, get the part you need without self checkout or some store card or snotty employee.

When I needed a part that I had bought with lifetime warranty they couldn’t find it and I had to repurchase the part. I’ve had my truck a long time and always get lifetime warranty parts.
