We have had multiple maintenance men due to the company being bought out a few times this last company that purchased Pebble hill in June 2024 have been nothing but great. I want to pinpoint the maintenance man He does a wonderful job Always goes above and beyond, very Professional. Anytime we are riding through the neighborhood in passing He is going to Communicate with you whether it be wave or roll the window down and have a conversation with you about what may be happening at your unit. The other maintenance man would hide try not to make eye contact or avoid you In general. I want to say this company and the maintenance man are a great addition to Pebble hill looking forward to having a quick turnaround on my service request. Pebble hill is becoming a better neighborhood.”
