Terrible and ghetto. They send a message saying the medication is out of stock with no TAT and then you wait on hold 30+ mins TO ASK A QUESTION ON WHEN THESE IMPORTANT MEDICATIONS WOULD BE AVAILABLE for someone to answer and tell you they are putting u on hold and before u can even speak….they put you on hold and that’s it, no one comes to the phone ever again and the call disconnects!!!!! GHETTO TRASH AND I WILL BE GOING UP THERE TODAY TO CURSE SOMEONE OUT

Today two employees disrespected me and my mother. We were trying to buy some essentials and use two coupons but the first employee didn't know what to do so the second employee started helping us. Soon the trouble started, she only scammed three out of the five toilet paper packet we had and once we told her she started scolding us for not saying it sooner and how there's a whole line she needs to help. One of the employees name was 'Tatine'. She kept rolling her eyes at us and giving us a attitude. Maybe it was because we were Hispanic but even still she told off another customer.

Worst pharmacy. Unorganized, slow, no communication. Everything takes forever. Brought two prescriptions on a Saturday at 7:30 pm because they were the only pharmacy open in the area. I dropped off and said I would wait. They said it would take 20 minutes. At 8:15 they tell me they don’t have either in stock. Publix checks when you drop off whether it’s in stock. Anyway, had to go back two days later to pick up. Get a call that it’s ready for pickup. Go inside, wait in line for another 20 minutes to pickup. They have at least 6 people working in the pharmacy and nobody knows what the heck is going on. They’re all running around like it’s their first day on the job. They finally get to me and then I get told I have to wait another 10 minutes while they mix it?? Guess it wasn’t ready… simply put they don’t value your time. Go anywhere else. This review was written while waiting for them to finish filling the prescriptions.

These are some rude women! They'll lie about how long a medication will be ready and have you waiting for hours just to go back to be told that it'll be another 15 minutes. You'll wait 45 minutes after being told this and they'll ask you to wait another 15 minutes again! Soon enough, these ladies will do this to the wrong person. I do not want to spend another dollar at Walgreens. Hopefully, upper management would do this city a great service by firing all of them and replacing them with techs that are honest and provides a better customer service. I'm shorting this garbage company! Ignoring customers might lead to this: WBA stock ?

This is the worse service from the pharmacy you can receive. They leave you on hold forever, it rings again you are on hold again. They just dont care to help you or solve your problem. If i could i would give them 0 stars I would give -0. You ask for the manager nowhere to be found they leave u on hold. I wonder why. They cant care less. Dont bother to response to this review with you are sorry blah, blah, blah when I called no one responded so I dont need a response now. Get this people to do their job. They are useless. We are the costumers who needs medication. If U cant do your job close the store. I am moving my prescription out of Walgreens. I have no time to deal with incompetent staff.

I'm literally giving 3 stars for Jessica ONLY, she works in the pharmacy and she is the only professional and caring person there. The others are rude. I'm writing this review as I sit waiting to pick up.my meds. There is one person working the line, which is long, the pharmacist is on the phone. One employee clocked out. The worst place if Jessica is out. I have so many good interactions with her and now this.Chris the pharmacist was very helpful. Walgreens needs to hire more people. The shortage in staff affects the customers and employees alike.

Jessica the pharmacy tech is SOOOO RUDE!!! And she really doesn’t care bc clearly they don’t get rid of rude employees.Sucks that this is the closest pharmacy. They really need to reevaluate who they hire.
