If I could give 0 stars...I would! Chris, the Pharmacist, was the worst employee I have ever interacted with.He and his team sent me through hoops to fill a prescription that none of the other Walgreens had in stock within 100 miles. This prescription has been filled at a different Walgreens for months. Needless to say, I jumped through the hoops...contacted medication Manufacturer regarding using the coupon that I've been using, contacted my doctor again who laughed and said that what Walgreens was doing was unnecessary, but they supported me in what Walgreens asked, contacted my Insurance company who also laughed and said we don't cover this medication and Walgreens should allow you to use to coupon and self pay...I did everything Walgreens Margate team asked me to do-even though each person I spoke to had a different thing I needed to do and Chris, the Pharmacist told me that everyone else was wrong-my doctor, UHC, and Medicine company. Let me also share, that according to the medicine manufacturer, Chris and his team NEVER even ran the coupon. Chris hand wrote on my prescription to not allow me to use the coupon and refused to provide me with information to contact his supervisor. Walgreens has now lost a very loyal customer!

They have a Pharmacist that I hate dealing with. I don't know his name but he's a young guy with a beard that would rather stand there and fill prescriptions which I don't have a problem with but I requested to speak with him for just a moment but instead of stepping away for a couple of minutes not with him. I think that if he just keeps filling prescriptions and ignoring me that I would eventually go away. He's given me problems before and I'm at the point that if he's here I'm just going to not deal with him anymore. This is not acceptable to ignore someone when wanting to deal with an issue for a prescription.

7150 Atlantic Blvd is a very welcoming store. People are very friendly and the pharmacy employees are very helpful and friendly as well . Store employees greet customers with a smile every time I have been there.

At 7150 Atlantic Ave, you have the nicest employee ever. He is working Saturday 4/29/23 and he goes by the name of Geno. What a pleasure, with people like that it goves you hope that there is still nice people in this world. Good job Geno? take care brother........ -Tim

Directed to the pharmacy. I've been trying to get an update for my prescription, and while I am in pain, they can not inform me if the prescription is filled. They have had two callers ahead of me on this phone system for 40 minutes, and when it gets to my turn, I get put back on hold and eventually get hung up. Wash rinse and repeat. Would be easier if the pharmacist just answered the phone to tell us to just roll over and die... other reviews point correctly to the problem this wallgreens has.

Went into the store to confirm they had some items. I proceeded to submit an order online to take advantage of the offers they have there. My order was fullfilled but they claim that one of the items was out of stock (there were 2 on the shelf). I called and they left me on wait and then proceeded to hang up.

Terrible store(pharmacy) the pharmacy people are rude and less up! They don’t know what they are doing! I placed a refill, didn’t have enough to time to get it the same week so I called to find out when is the date I can pick it up they told me they will hold it up to 12 days, I went before the 12 days spent lots of time in the drive through and they told me they don’t have anything for me! That is second time they’ve done that in this store! Will never bring them my business anymore! Rude customer services, not finding a way to help clients with their needs! I regretted wasting my times 3 times with them! Never again

We searched the store for the restroom for five minutes before asking someone for assistance, who ignored us. Another customer had to assist us! The location of the restrooms is NOT INDICATED BY ANY VISIBLE SIGNAGE. Just considering someone with any limitations.. This can be an accessibility problem that a risk management or ADA compliance manager should look into. not what you would expect from Walgreens.

The pharmacist, Randy M., is a total hothead. He has zero personal skills and lacks any empathy. He spoke over me and told me, “I don’t make the rules, I just follow them.” When I asked him for his name, HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called another Walgreens and spoke to their pharmacist, who was kind and answered my very simple question. I just transferred all my prescriptions from Randy’s store to Publix.

There is a tall pharmacist who works here, has a heavy accent. This guys is EXTREMELY RUDE. You ask him one question and yells at you like youre bothering him. Some of the staff is friendly others are rude, you can tell they are worn out or the working environment is heavy on them and they take out on cust.

This is one of the most inefficient pharmacies. The pharmacist there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to wait a long time for a flu shot and when I questioned why I had been waiting 15-20 minutes for one, I was told condescendingly by the pharmacist that I wasn't waiting that long. He's the one who gives the vaccines. You never yell at a customer or potential patient. It's very nasty behavior. I reported his behavior to the night manager and was asked to call back the next day for the store manager. I called and she wasn't there and left a formal complaint. The store has yet to respond back to me. You don't have to give you money to this store or corporation. It's not worth your time. Do better!

My daughter gets my script & other essential items & she loves coming here. She speaks very highly of Walgreens & actually she knows everyone & staff knows her also. Staff is phenomenal & very happy people! Thank you for making her & myself feel like family!

This is the worst Walgreen within the United States. Order a same day poster for an event starting in a few hours since the website quoted this location would have my print ready within 45 min. I ended up going to pick it up 1 hours past the quoted time to be told by 1 employee it's not printed as yet and would take 15 min. I told her I could not wait and I need to cancel the order.Another employee came over to cancel the order. When I expressed this always happens at this location, her response was 'even if you didn't cancel your order you would not get it today anyway, because nobody in the store knows how to make a poster board.. she then suggested if I had ordered another type of print service it would have been done. Please train your employees some level of customer service. To tell a customer if they had ordered something else we wouldn't have this problem is out of this world. Won't be shopping here for prints or anything else.

50 mins on hold to speak to the pharmacy, had to use another phone to call the store and speak to the manager and he transfers me and then they pick up immediately. I understand having to wait but 50 minutes on hold and they never answered the call.. Secondly I go pick up my order waiting in line with 6 people and some guy goes up consultant window and asks a question next thing she's helping him get his prescription.. and cut everyone there. They need more help and some type of phone system that alerts them that someone is on hold cause it seems that the phone rings but no one answers it even while I was in line waiting. Nothing convenient about dealing with the pharmacy here..
