I’ve been coming here for over 4 years they are great with nails. The issue I have with them is they’ve blocked my phone number twice which is very unprofessional. I’ve always been respectful to everyone there, never been a rude customer. I should’ve of reported it to the manager the first time but I didn’t.Whoever decided they don’t want me to come there anymore could’ve just told me. It’s very very unprofessional and hurtful to treat a loyal customer like that especially when I haven’t done anything to anyone there. Very very very disappointing. I will never return here!!!

I was looking for a nail spa near my home and found vanity spa I came at 10:20 am they open at 10:00 am . And they sent me away because they said they had no one available. Never going back very bad customer service . They could have said it might take an hour wait or if you like we will book for 11:00 am come back. But nope no greeting no nothing just we have no one now good bye .

Please be careful. I was cut and actively bleeding during my manicure. The tech doing my nails continues to try to paint clear gel polish over the bleeding nail, when I stopped her and asked if she could grab me alcohol to at least clean the blood off my nail and stop the bleeding before she uses a communal brush on it. She then grabs a dry brush and uses that to wipe my blood, puts it back in her cart, dabs my finger with alcohol, and brushes my blood with the polish. I told her that was dangerous and she shouldn't use either brush on other people again, because you clearly can't clean someone's blood out of a brush. I'm clearly annoyed and she apologizes. I was trying to be nice, but the icing on the cake was her then putting oil using a THIRD BRUSH on my bleeding nail and puts it back on her cart to be used on other people. I'm not talking a little blood. My finger is still bleeding as I type this, and that blood is now all over their equipment to be reused. I just can't comprehend how unsafe this place can be. This isn't a Yelp issue, it's a department of health issue.

Went in for a manicure today. Nothing special and barely pushed the cuticles. Everything seem rushed. I had set these on the mail station and I know that the non-English speaking Asian had moved it, but when it was all finished, I looked at her then at the buffing cream and buffing chamois and she hadn't a clue what it was. Then she takes out the tiny foam block and asks, you want buff? I just rolled my eyes to the back of my head and I went to pay my bill, I handled the manager the jar of rouge and the buffing chamois and asked him if he knew what they were? Nope! Not a clue. Don't they still teach this in nail school? It's far superior to the foam blocks.

Someone told me Cindy was a good manicure and that it’s the reason I chosen her , but her job was so bad ???. So I do not recommend this place , except for the guy that I don’t know his , he did a good job in my feet , the only i know he said , I do the feet .Service: Manicure

Genuinely so impressed with Cindy. I read Cory's review and was like YES. This is me!! South Florida sucks for nail salons more than anywhere I've lived and after just moving back, I had tried multiple salons and was left super unhappy. Cindy is wonderful, knowledgeable and so talented. Highly highly recommend! I've finally found my salon and I'm so happy, I could cry. I mean look at that perfect gel manicure!!

I came in to fix my one broken nail. It took her 15 mins to fix itMaybe if she stop smoking the cancer sticks she could move faster. It’s not professional to smell like cigarettes

Love this salon. As a new mom I value my time ALOT and I hate wasting it getting my nails done at a place that doesn’t do a good job. I went for my nails and it went after closing time and Mike did not rush at all with me, actually no one did. Before I got up to leave a woman checked my nails to ensure they were dry. Cindy was also really patient with me when I change from dip to gel. That’s great customer service. I will be back!Service: Manicure

The best nail salon in all of south Florida. I've tried perhaps 12 -15 different salons and my nails consistently would lift within 8 days which is ridiculous for dip and acrylic. FINALLY! Cindy! She makes my cuticles look so beautiful in all of my 25 years of getting nails done no one has ever cut my cuticles the way she has. Also my nails last almost a month! Incredible! She does great art work too! Try her!

I came here for service and they specify upfront whether or not they want to work with you. They are not comfortable with People of color in their spa and they also think that you’re gonna steal their nail polish after they’ve asked you to look and see what color you want to choose. They are very unprofessional no one greets you when you come through the door because there’s no one working nine times out of 10. They chose not to work with me because I would not allow them to choose a color for me. I’ve never in all my life had someone else choose my nail color. I have to wear it you don’t. I won’t be returning ever and I’ll be sure to make sure all of my friends know not to come here. Zero out of five stars.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. The polish was watered down with nail remover and only lasted a day. I went back and was told if it's not gel it will only last 3 days max. I have had regular nail polish last me up to 2 weeks. I asked for gel instead, they didn't want to assist me, saying they are closing soon, but another lady came in after me for a gel and pedicure and was serviced with no issue. Didn't take me much to realize why. After begging and begging and offering a big tip, (only because I was traveling the following morning) they said they would assist me. The gel last 3 days. First time ever seeing gel polish peel off! A complete waste of money!I must say that Tee was very pleasant!Services: Manicure

Guys, this place is aIng! Everyone is good BUT Snow and Taylor are crazy good! Their skills are out of this world! The prices are reasonable and they will take their time to ensure the final result is perfect!! LOVE them!Services: Gel manicures
