Always find great deals here. Bought a pair of wrought iron chairs for $30! So sad when I heard it was closing!

As far as what they offer is OK . Nothing special in my opinion but I liked that is very well organized and clean. And a guy from the staff was very helpful.

So bought 3 items… 2 slacks and 1 Zara brand puffer vest. $17. It’s not as loaded with items as other stores, but worth a look.

Exceptional customer service! Thank you Jason for making my first visit to your shop a pleasure. Love the Verellen swivel chairs, like new, and the perfect find to finish off my living room.

The prices are incredibly High and inconsistent! There will be a'80s fake pressed wood cabinet for $500 and then a beautiful 50's all wood cabinet for $200. But on top of that those prices are insanely High for a thrift store. Maybe they should change their name to antique store. If you need to buy things 2nd hand because you can't afford new than stay far far away!

New owners. Prices are ridiculous. They had a plain old small white table for $39 that I purchased brand new in Ikea for $45. A small marble top table I purchased in Salvation Army for $25 was priced at $80. Cheap inexpensive fake wood furniture was selling for $80 that you can pick up on the side of the road. The last picture was the marble top table from Salvation Army which was $25.I used to love this place. I fitted my entire guest room with their furniture and accessories. They still have many nice pieces, but way overpriced and taking into consideration everything is donated you would think they would give back to their community by giving us good pricing. Their employees agree and have argued this issue with the owner, but she is uninterested in hearing any feedback from them or us. Too bad. The place is not busy as it once was. She would do well if she lowered her prices.

My favorite thing about Family thrift is every Sunday there's an additional 50% off of their already affordable prices. You can literally get quality items for your entire family and not break the bank. They also have specials and deals everyday. Inventory is forever changing and there's something for your whole home too.

The last time I was here this was a Thrift Sense. Located in the Crossroads Plaza off of Coconut Creek Parkway, they mainly sold clothes and it was not very exciting. Now it is a Family Thrift and the change is most welcome. Family Thrift is a non profit that provides families in need in Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach with clothing and furniture. They will pick up your gently used clothing and furniture for their stores here in Margate and in Lauderhill. They also do buy outs so their stores are a mixture of new and used items. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was that they really cleaned this place up. The store is very large and they put in beautiful new flooring. They have a lot of elegant art to hang on your walls, some furniture, house hold items, and clothing new and used. The clothing is set up like a boutique and there is a changing area. Items in the store range from just a few dollars into the hundreds. My favorite find was a stained glass dragonfly lamp. Family Thrift has made this one of the nicest thrift stores in the area. I look forward to being a regular customer.
