I came I to upgrade my phone and Lisa was extremely helpful with transferring my data and making sure my new device did not do the same things as my old device- she was very patientwith meas an older person who does not know how to use smart phone. Kudos to you Lisa!

I had a very bad experience at this store on November 22nd. My husband and I got there an hour and a half before closing and was told that he wasn’t able to upgrade his phone due to the time. The sales representative Lisa was very RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but it was clearly evident she did not want to be there. She didn’t even greet us kindly, she was very dismissive and clearly had an attitude. I would never recommend this location based on that experience.

The associate I dealt with was Lisa on Wed Nov 22, 2023, she was very rude, dismissive and offered no help to my problem. It was a horrible experience dealing with her.

Very bad experience with a guy named Eduardo who works at the Margate t-mobil on Atlantic Boulevard. I only asked him for some information that I needed and he responded arrogantly and left me on the line, very disrespectful on his part and did not resolve my doubts. They are there to help customers...if you are not friendly and not willing to help customers, guys like this shouldn't work in a store...
