I love bodegón and the cafeteria area but the last 3 times that i have Gone to get empanada colombiana they were very greasy no salt and undercooked, you could still see the uncooked dough. I was very disappointed to taste such a thing. I wish They would make them how they use to before because they’re the only little thing that is a reminder of home.

Bodegón in Coral Spring has a self-service Colombian food. Unfortunately all the food is made without salt It looks delicious but when you try it, disappointment comes ? the rib soup, the stewed meat and even the rice are made without saltIT HAS NO FLAVOR.Yes, the girls who serve are very friendly.

Excessively expensive prices, and I have already come across expired things, people when they go to buy there check that their things are not expired, among other things I understand that they have rules but the most STUPID thing I have ever seen is that a SUPERVISOR scolds a employee just like her just to corroborate that what she was doing was correct or not, for example that you CANNOT present an ID on your phone, as a former consumer of this place I didn't know that you couldn't, there is no sign that tells you so

How embarrassing it is to have lost Don Jaime and Mrs. Patricia's phone number, so they can find out about this.The general attention of the staff is difficult.The service in the food area is uncomfortable and they do not welcome you.When you are going to make transfers, they put restrictions on you even so that you can clean the box with which you are going to send your family abroad.When you ask about a product, very few people give you an answer.The meat area is difficult, they are also not friendly, they sell you whatever you want or many times they respond with the same thing you are seeing, go and look on the shelf there.For nothing in the world can you make a mistake in the self-checkout area because they come and scold you and tell you that that's not the case.When I have gone to the Bakery many times the employees are talking among themselves and if you interrupt them about something you need to buy they respond in the form of a ZARA salesperson.Thank God and not because I advertise to anyone, there is Khey Food, where they care about your needs.This review is only a part of what I remembered that happened recently because for my part I will not make orders or buy anything there again, I better go to 15 supermarket to look for Colombian products. Unfortunately, my encounters have reflected a significant gap in these essential qualities.In the shipping area, the ladies who serve have shown rude behavior and inappropriate treatment towards customers. I am very disappointed by the people serving the cafeteria/ bakery area. My family and I have been coming to this bodegón since 2009 and never had I had such bad service as I did tonight, the person serving the bakery was very rude she totally ignore the number system they have and when she remember she started changing the numbers without calling them when I told her she had skip me and I had been standing there waiting she said I was too busy talking to someone else… well I wasn’t and even if I was my mother was there paying attention too and the lady never called our number she just skipped a whole bunch. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything. That woman was very disrespectful.

I have been a long time customer of this establishment, and always shared positive comments with friends and relatives. But recently we had a very disappointing experience with the shift manager Vicente. My wife and infant son were rushed to the cashier to pay for a 0.99 cent banana as my son needed a snack, I understand there are store protocols for opening unpaid items however there is also professional courtesy where a manager could have volunteered help for her to pay, by no means I'm asking for free stuff but I would suggest perhaps take the cash and make the payment for her since she was tied up caring for the baby and my other 5 year old, this is the sole purpose of a manager to difuse situations, assist customers and set examples for other employees, instead Vicente decided start an open ended argument with myself and my wife in front of several other customers, completely unacceptable behavior on his part. I'm am uncertain of Vicentes qualifications to be a manager or what background he carries, but he definitely needs to be retrained or at least moved to a department where he doesn't have direct contact with customers.
