“If you are planning to surf or skate in Ft. Lauderdale, this is the place. The store has great boards and loads of fun colors. Loved the neons. So cool! They also have a great selection of skateboards and longboards. Every single one on the wall has a different design but all of the designs are so cool that you wish you could have them all. AllIf the designs are sunny, happy, friendly and cool. Some more tropical than others but all with a positive vibe.The store has a lot of clothes and even nic Mac’s like bobble head hula girls ( got the mermaid one!!!) and colorful little bags from India and Nepal. Very cool knee high socks as well. If you are in Ft. Lauderdale go and check them out and support local!”

“I needed a new tennis racquet and my budget was $100. I met Gary who owns this tennis shop and he was knowledgeable, patient, kind and knew what racquet to recommend. He showed me two options between two Prince tennis models and I chose the Prince Warrior 107 which he said I’d loved. He was right and I’ve been enjoying this racquet this I bought it on 11/28/23. “I wish everyone could experience the great customer service I received.For the past year, I have been in search of comfortable sneakers to alleviate the discomfort in my left foot resulting from a car accident.This runners depot was worth the drive to Fort Lauderdale. Marcus was amazing, he took his time to educate my partner and I with the different brands they carry. He also recommended a few things I should be doing to help relieve my pain. He thought outside the box and recommended a pair of sneakers that instantly relieved my pain (although the color choice is not my preference, I know comfort first lol) I went in for a pair of sneakers and we walked out with two pairs.I don’t hug strangers but Marcus got a hug lol the relief I felt is amazing. I get to go on my vacation with my family worry free, from walking with pain in my foot.Again, great customer service. We both appreciated your help and experience.”

“Selection for winter sports seems plentiful, but I won't base the 4-star strictly on that, but their rollerblade selection is, well, it's just basically two brands (three if you really want to buy a Roces fitness skate when they're actually known for their aggressive skates), so if you're ok with K2 and Rollerblade brand then you should be fine. My issue centers around just the oddball customer service there, or lack thereof. You're basically ignored or you're treated like you're an idiot, it's really how you're going to be treated when you're going on for Rollerblades. I asked for one specific set and was given another, I made it clear I wanted exactly what I wanted but then the sales associate wanted to argue that he was right and I was wrong, that they were the same thing...which they weren't. Ultimately I went online where not inky did I get them cheaper, I didn't have to put up with a know it all or be ignored. It's not a bad place to go, it's just not a place I'll go any longer.”

They made sure we had everything we needed and were very patient with us. They made the completion of this part of the program super enjoyable and made sure we mastered all the skills. “Great store in the Sawgrass mall and the Dolphin mall with great prices and where you can accumulate points that equal cash with each purchases and use them towards future purchases at any Columbia store. They often give you coupons to use as well for your next purchase at the store or on line. If you see something you like and it is in your size absolutely get it because it may not be there on your next visit. I have had this happen many times. It is very easy to return anything with a store receipt. I have changed my mind a few times on one purchase and didn’t have any problems with tags and a store receipt. The biggest challenge in these two outlet malls is to find parking. Often you may have to park a distance away from the entrance and have to walk. But in both of these outlet malls once you get to the right entrance both stores are at the beginning of that entrance.”

“I was there for new tennis court shoes, I walked in at 3 not knowing they close at 4 on Sundays and they assisted me with such a great attitude right up to closing without rushing me at all and no pressure to buy… I didn’t want to rush my purchase so I came back the next week and Ryan was there again to help me with no shame about taking a bit too long trying over 10+ pair of shoes he was really helpful with advice and I finally got the cutest pair without sacrificing look or comfort.
