We have had a storage unit here for 10 years. This place is always clean and always air conditioned. It is also always well lit. If you have a need to go to the office say hello to Maria. She is an amazing woman and so friendly. These storage units are not like a lot of other places. I give them 5/5 stars.

I have been renting units at this Margate location for the past 10 years. The onsite employees are welcoming and helpful. You feel like you are among friends. I have always found the main storage building to be clean and well climate controlled, which is absolutely necessary here in South Florida. I highly recommend Self Storage USA to anyone looking for a safe and secure location to store their belongings.

We have used this location for over 7 years. The only reason we are leaving is because we are relocating to another state due to a family tragedy. I would recommend this location of Self Storage USA to anyone who is looking for a trusting place to store their belongings. I had some of the most precious items and belongings kept with them here at all times. When there was an incident that happened with their AC unit, we got a call in advance to make sure it was not an area affected by our unit. The problem that came up with not a big one, but they cared at this location to call everyone to notify them. We were also made aware if the staff would not be in on certain days, just in case we had a question we needed someone at the location for. It was very kind and considerate to know if we had an issue and if someone would be available or not.

Self Storage USA (Margate) offered excellent services, they were more than willing to help me sort out my issues. Of course, it also helps when you have great personalities working there. Thanks Maria and Jackie for making me feel welcomed.

The team at self-storage is excellent to work with. They do their best to accommodate and help with your storage rental needs. The facility is well maintained and always clean, even the bathrooms. Maria and Jackie are very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

The two wonderful lady's in there are just fantastic wonderful an outgoing.. amazing customer service they know how to help out with any of ur needs and they always give you a couple weeks notice on ur payment. witch is good so much going on u cud lose track. An there also very warm welcoming when ether you're entering the building or they calling you to give u that warning payment no on wants them late fees..

I love this self storage! From the moment I walked in the doors, until now, I’ve had the BEST experience! Especially Maria !!!!! She’s awesome , bubbly, and an amazing hostess of the storage unit . I’m going on a year here, and I wouldn’t trade it for nothing in the world!
