Me and my wife went into Sally's located at 3370 NW 62nd Ave in Margate a few days ago and there was an associate at the entrance stocking some items as we walked in. There were several other customers that were in the store at the time we arrived who were shopping in peace but because we were the only two African American customers the young lady that told us her name was Kathy took it upon herself to follow us around the whole store. Kathy was right on us every step made. We felt the racial profile energy so we left the store. After we walked out of the store and got into our car which was parked right in front of the store, we watched as other customers that weren't African American entered the store and Kathy did not get up and follow them around. I feel very disgusted about this and it's very sad what innocent people have to go through JUST because the color of their skin. It was my idea to go to Sally's Beauty Supply and after what happened I apologized to my Wife for recommending Sally's and after what we experienced I'll never step foot in or go to another Sally's Beauty Supply store anymore.

Went this afternoon at 5:48 carrying my toddler as she sleeps, got two items and went register , Cashier ijnored me turn around and stared doing something else with nail polishes as I'm standing there and she can see I'm struggling holding a baby , then after 2 min being ijnored , as she rang me out she didn't ask for my number as I always usually get asked to get discount and then she just proceed to put the items and receipt down in counter not in my hand. Terrible costumer service for a mom going store quick with kids.

I was shopping at the Sally’s in coral springs on University and they didn’t have a color in stock but the young lady was so nice she said they have it in margate. With 20 min to spare I rushed over to the margate location 8 min until close and the lights are off and the door is locked. I knock and knock smh no response. Call the store and no answer. I called the springs location and she said they should be open because they close at 7PM and it wasn’t 7PM yet. Finally at 7:01 a young woman dark long hair emerges from the open back door and I asked if I can please purchase a color and she said they’re closed. I explained I’d been waiting outside and called and they closed early. She rolled her eyes at me and dismissed me to clock out on the register. I asked for the managers information she said to come back tomorrow and threw her hand up at me to once again dismiss me with an attitude and I said this is why YOU shouldn’t work here. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you don’t want to work then don’t but unless you own that location the business hours are what they are and you should adhere to them not create your own. So disappointed in the way this was handled.

The owner should know you guys closed 15 - 20 mins early on thanks giving weekend when people are doing nothing but shopping.Best Regards lazy workers.

Used to love Sally's but after my last visit I will never shop any Sally's again. 1 employee in the entire store wearing a zip hoodie and her flesh and black bra was showing. I mentioned to her "excuse me but your underwear is showing" and she sarcastically answered me back "IT'S A BLOUSE!" It was a bra and a man walked in with a young child and she unzipped and yanked the shoulder farther down so her entire bra and skin cleavage was in clear view! I was appalled and extremely uncomfortable. It was inappropriate and shame on Sally's for allowing this type of semi nakedness and with a child present staring at her! And then she was behind the cash register and told me to go "F" myself and gave me "the finger" a few dozen times! This is inexcusable, disgraceful, revolting and I will never buy anything from Sally's Semi Naked Beauty ever again!!!

It's unfortunate I got there at 7:50pm at the Margate location eventhough they're suppposed to be closed at 8pm. When I got there they were closed.

I went in here with my friend to purchase some beauty supplies, and I couldn't help but feel that I was being watched because I thought I might take something. I very rarely feel this way, and I doubt very seriously was my imagination. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful and couldn't wait to get us out of there. This is my second visit to this franchise at a different location, and a lot has to be said about their customer service skills

Sally's online services are terrible. You get better services in their stores, When you contact their customer service department you could be on hold for 50 minutes or longer. They need to do better.

Train your employees to actually know the products you sell. Asked your front counter person if the Gigi wax that comes in the canister is the same as the one in the bags and she said yes. Turns out, it's not. So thank you for wasting my time and my money.

Poor customer service. As I was patiently waiting to be checked out, no attendant insight, the phone rings. An associate appears from behind me and proceeds to answer the phone and assist the customer. Ok. She then walks away from the register to check stock for the individual on the phone. Hi, I have been patiently waiting to be checked out?!After the attendant walks away, I decided to leave. I left my items on the counter and walked out. Why should I wait any longer to be assisted right? Business must be booming that you don't need to assist me too right? Hello Amazon. Two day shipping and half the price. Needless to say I won't be back anytime soon.
