Please stay away and I am a current customer. They lied to me and said I had 30 days to return the E-BIKE. Not even 2 weeks the bike was not for me and they build it incorrect as well. Upon return they said i did not have 30 days and said the employee was new. Also they never said that once you sign the papers you own it and have to make payment no matter. They even filmed me on there phone WITH OUT MY CONSENT. The worst experience STAY AWAY AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

At first everyone was so nice and helpful. Then we were late on a payment and the manager Julia was sp sarcastic and rude.

buyer be wear bought furniture they said it would be delivered between 1 and 3 at 4 I called was told a whole other story they said they would refund my money which they didn't so they stole my money and don't have the furniture they are the most unprofessionally people I have ever met, had to get the corporate office involved. take you business else where .

Agent was extremely rude, dismissive and kept talking over me. I will never recommend RAC to anyone because of her. The other agents I dealt with during the time I had a contract with RAC were all pleasant.

UNACCEPTABLE. We chose this location because of the service at first. However, we went to make a payment on a Saturday, the system was down so we were forced to make a payment the following Monday. Apparently nobody got the memo nor communicated. Not one person reached out and the following Saturday at 8 o’clock at night they sent two gentlemen out to our home to come retrieve our beds (that were paid for)waste an hour of our time to then tell us that it was just there mistake on there end because of the “system”. Maybe if the store manager was focusing on paperwork and actually double checking herself vs sending guys out on a Saturday night so she can make a bonus. This wouldn’t happen Needless to say, stay away from this place. The absolute carelessness on their part can cause a big issue.

I went into the store purchased furniture set up a delivery not for the next day but the following, I waited and at the last minute I had to call this store to see what was going on stated they are waiting for the rain to stop. He rescheduled for the next day same situation waited to the last minute I had to call them and still did not get an answer. They did not call to reschedule or anything this is so unprofessional. I left work early to days to meet these people and still haven’t received my purchase. Pitiful

UNACCEPTABLE !!!!, I ordered a recliner post surgery online on February 18 2023 and was awaiting delivery for today February 21 2023 between the hours of 1-4 pm, I made sure to call on 2/20/23 and confirm the delivery will be taking place for said date above, I am here awaiting delivery and decided to double check the status of the delivery, so I called the Margate store spoke with Brian only to find out they pushed my delivery date for tomorrow 2/22/23 without even giving me the common courtesy of a call to let me know this change was happening , if I did not call again to confirm my delivery I would just be here sitting clueless, they took away my option of solving the situation , if I had advance notice I could have made other arrangements. This is not the right way to conduct business UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!.

Manager is horrible and talk to customers any kind of way. Called about my E-BIKE that I ordered two weeks ago and all they can say was “It’s on the way”. I wouldnt come to this location
