Great customer service, healthy dog food, kibble and raw!.

This place is a nightmare to deal with- had missing items the first time and never delivered them! I placed a second order and they took the money from my account! I had to message them to even get response about my order status- had to cancel due to a late delivery and poor customer service. No apology or helpfulness! Will not recommend or suggest due to lack of communication, lateness (waited over an hour and half the previous time) and non-professionalism.

We love this place. Customer service is always on point, friendly, and informative. The prices are the best so far in regards to raw meat tubes which is what we regularly buy from here. I recommend this store.

This store has a huge selection of prepackaged raw dog food including hard to find brands. I have a dog that has pancreatitis and the owner has been ordering cases of a low fat dog food for her which saves us money.

The owner was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable- he helped me pick out all the best for my dog. Also, the selection in the store is amazing, and the prices are great! They seriously have everything. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I had very pleasant experiance in Raw Pet Food Depot. I had hard time finding raw rabbit for my cat and they ordered exactly what I needed when no other place wanted to help me out. Team there is super knowledgeable and super kind. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

So totally happy that I found this place. The Blue Ridge raw food is excellent. I’ve never seen my dog Bravo gobble down food so quick in my life. He’s been on Raw Food for a little over a year but loves this productThank you so very much again

Went in for recommendations on what to feed my Dogo Argentino. She had terrible allergies and was refusing to eat kibble. Spoke to the owner over the phone and then went in and was given more information about switching her to a raw diet. So far she is eating again and seems to be doing a lot better. I know eventually her coat will clear up and the redness caused from her allergies will go away.

Poor business practice , I call there to make sure they have a certain dog food the guy tells me yes we have it come on in we close at 6pm after a 40 minute drive I get here and they don't even have the product poor customer service was not offered anything very sad

Amazing customer service. All kinds of raw pet food to choose from, the owners let you know what everything is and what it has in it. Their adorable bully was such a sweetheart and lover. Will definitely be there every time I'm low on raw dog food. My dog loves everything I brought her home. Hershey approved!

I’ve been feeding my little girl, Beans with raw food only for a few weeks now and I didn’t think I’m gonna see results so fast. She’s energetic and barely sheds now (which I really appreciate cause she’s obviously sleeping with me (: ). I also found great frozen and freeze-dried treats that she can chew on. It cleans her teeth super easy ane I don’t have to pay extra for teeth cleaning.The most convenient part is that they deliver so I don’t have to worry about driving there all the time.Glad I found this family owned business. They’re putting their heart in the store for sure. Thank you for giving me a little “raw feeding class” before I chose the diet that fits my dog’s needs.

Great experience. The owners were friendly and informative. Finally found a place in south florida that sells the raw diet food my dog is on. They deliver as well. Highly recommend this place
