Getting an appointment with Quest is very challenging like next to impossible. All of the slots appear to be booked more for paid services. Getting a live representative over the phone is not only time consuming but your automated services does not cover all the options and no optio. For items not in the list. The other day I had an issue with quest charging me for annual labor’s coz they didn’t see my details correctly, so I had an Insurance Rep on call who tried to connect with Quest and his remarks were the same. I asked him to raise it to his Mgt as the common man’s voice is never heard

Came in, they sent me back to the lobby, waited an hour to be told they can't do tests after 12. They couldve just told me when they told me to wait in the lobby.

Have had two visits here in the last year and both have been excellent.
Tip: always make an appointment as walk-ins have to wait for soonest availability which can take hours.

Worst place ever was at appointment 9:30 for a 9:40 appointment checked in and never was called rude people who do not even help

Easy to make the appointment on the website.
They are quick to get you in and do the tests. The waiting is minimum, if you have the appointment.

I had an appointment April 25, @ 12pm selfe checked in 11:45, wasn't called in till 12:30! what was the point of making an appointment 2 weeks in advance!? also the male nurse who draw my blood had my arms bruised for 2 weeks unproficient that was the second time I had the same nurse, I recommend him to practice more before giving bruises to clients I had to hide my arm for 2 week.

Do not recommend this place to anyone at all, very bad experience,
even though we had a reservation we still had to wait for an hour,
So it’s the same whether you have an appointment or not. You need to prepare and wait for a long time.
they are super slow.

I had a great experience here. I got really lucky with my appointment time which happened to be the last availability. When I got there, the waiting room was packed, but I got right in because I had an appointment. My phlebotomist Donna is an absolute angel who has over 30 years experience and it shows.
