Penny is the best hair stylist I have experienced for years. It is easy to style full, beautiful hair - but it is ART when you style thin hair! She is an artist!!!

Everyone at Penny & Co is nice! Penny is an excellent haircutter and colorist! She literally gave my mom the best haircut and highlights she's ever had! Having recently moved down here from NY, we're so happy we found this lovely salon.
